What a Beautiful Boutique. Central located and closed to everything. The Room decor was beautiful and The decor was done to perfection. Rooms were cleaned daily and kept very neat and clean. The front desk staff was very nice and always eager to help in anything we may need. I was very impressed with the service provided and Viadora you exceed my expectations. Thank you for our pleasant trip.

The property itself was BEAUTIFUL, the pictures do not do justice ! Staff were so friendly, they went above and beyond when we had a request!
The views from the terrace were amazing, a beautiful church across the way with a large cross!

Stay here! Mattias Luxury Plus was a wonderful property. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The apartment was perfect.

Excellent service—Guillermina, Arturo, and the other gentlemen there were very helpful and attentive. The location is in a central quiet location. Felt extremely safe—the location offers clean towels, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer. I would highly recommend and will be staying here in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It’s set in a lovely neighborhood, and you have a few restaurants and stores to get whatever you need within blocks. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the staff was amazing.
The only con was the internet was not reliable. If you need to work while staying here, keep that in mind. Otherwise, you can’t go wrong with staying here.

We have now stayed at Mathias on two separate occasions (2021 & 2023). We have had two excellent experiences. We would highly recommend Mathias to anyone visiting CDMX for a short or longer stay. The building is located in a quite but lively neighborhood with easy access to most conveniences including many many restaurants. Each unit is very spacious and well appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen and luxurious bathrooms. The staff is incredibly helpful. They seem to take pride and pleasure in assisting guests with almost anything. One of my relatives fell ill one night. The attendant immediately called a doctor. All their recommendations have in fact been excellent. Last but not least, we find Mathias to be very affordable as compared to upscale hotels nearby.

The apartments themselves are absolutely fine, good standards, spacious, well done. The problem is the way how the place is run. All staff I have met doesn’t speak English, which in a luxury accommodation I find surprising. There is no breakfast served, not even a coffee on offer, but, yes, a coffee machine in your apartment. I stayed for 3 nights, and the apartment didn’t get cleaned once, although it was in the contract. No fresh towels, no bed sheets. Given the price, 190 Dollar a night, I find this a bit disappointing.
