I'd stay here time and time again when it calls for a CDMX visit! As I was sick for a majority of my visit, I personally thank your staff for welcoming me, offering to help make me more comfortable, and keeping water coming to my room! We stayed here a few nights and were dazzled by the design of the hotel, the lovely rooms, the incredibly warm hospitality and all the wonderful amenities. Nestled in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants and a great walking street, you will feel like you’re staying with friends.

This is a comfortable, small hotel located in a beautiful neighborhood. Staff is so hospitable and rooms are really quiet. It’s a bit of a distance from tourist sites, but a really nice place to come home to after a busy day. I wish they had better coffee, but there’s a Starbucks just four blocks away.

Charming small hotel in beautiful Polanco. Rooms were well out-fitted with comfortable bedding. We had an executive room, not huge, but ample sized for a four night stay. The staff at the hotel were excellent-friendly, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the roof top bar was a great place to gather for a cocktail before dinner. It closes early, but the bartender was terrific.

Very good breakfast and nice rooms. Very friendly welcome. A lot of Art in the floors and the room. Excellent Bathroom. NIce place for taking breakfast outside. Funny slippers in the room. Thanks. Will come back.

This was our first time in Mexico City and our friends recommended this hotel. It was in a lovely part of town with tree lined streets; easy to walk to and from shopping and restaurants at any time of day. We went in a group of 8 with 4 adults and 4 teens/pre-teens and it felt very safe. The hotel staff was wonderful! They were always welcoming and prepared to assist us with any questions. The hotel is vibrant and colorful and has wonderful unique artwork throughout. One of the best parts is the rooftop bar and sitting area! Plus there are complimentary drinks (including tequila) and snacks out in the front lobby all day! There was plenty of space in our rooms with large bathrooms and full accommodations. We also had complimentary breakfast each morning and delicious Mexican coffee. If we ever travel back to the city again we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Pug Seal Anatole France staff for making our stay memorable!

A marvelous boutique hotel! Great staff, excellent breakfast! Great location walking distance to some of the best food and shops! If you are looking to feel like you are staying in a fun, funky, mansion, this is your spot! Check out the rooms online. They are all different and unique!

There is a reason why this hotel has almost all five star ratings - it is simply superb. We had a wonderful six night stay in January and returned a few weeks later in February. Both stays were brilliant and we hope to return again soon. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with modern artwork and the decor and furniture is full of character. The rooms themselves vary in size and the larger ones with balconies are spectacular while the smaller ones are cleverly designed to maximise the space. The breakfasts are also included and are amazing - very generous a la carte portions, very fresh and very high quality. Location wise, the hotel is perfectly situated and is walking distance to a fantastic selection of restaurants; Polanco is a beautiful and safe neighbourhood from which to explore Mexico City and all its sights. However most of all, the atmosphere and service provided by the hotel staff is outstanding, perhaps the best we’ve ever experienced. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful with restaurant bookings, sights and any other question. We can’t thank the team at Pug Seal enough for such a wonderful way to experience Mexico City.

I have staying in this hotel whenever I travel to Mexico City for a few years now. The location of this hotel is centrally located at Polanco district, close to all shopping and great restaurants. The staff is very friendly and will try their best to accommodate my requests. I can rely on the front office managers Carla and Guillermo to assist me, and confident that they will do their best. Breakfasts there is included in the room rate, and the products rivals the gourmet restaurants. Looking forward to going back again in May 2024.
