The hotel located too far from downtown Mexico City, services was very disappointing, front desk doesn’t speak very good English, the only person spoke really good English is bell boy Juan. One good thing is the hotel is very close to a shopping mall.

沿主街的房間十分炎熱，加上中央空調製冷效果差並且巨響無比，住了一天後換到另外一面房間才睡了好覺。其他還可以

Very convenient location. 3 convenience stores closeby. Public transport stop is just infront of the hotel, which was convenient. Definitely walkable and you can go to a lot of tourist spots to visit within an hour of walking. Even Constitution Square is just less than an hour walk, for me. Lots of places to eat within a few minutes walk.

The rooms are disgusting, when I arrived the floor was dirty, there were women's hair everywhere, especially on the floor like in corners on top of the sinks, shower and bed as if the last person who was there they only made the bed with same balnkets, The sink water did not flow, the water stagnated very easily, the shower door did not open, it was stuck, the towels are very old when you dry yourself they scratch your skin, the property needs urgently a remodel, they made holes on the walls to access to the water pipes and they only cober them with a board it's very dangerous, a child can remove it and get in there and fall, I had a suite, I don't even want to imagine how a regular rooms would be like, the manager has no skill at all always looking angry, i was in a line of 5 people in front he never do somthin to help, I regret having stayed there.

Response quickly if you need help.
Walking distance to metro and bus stations.
But, the the towel and linens are so out dated.
Slow drainage. Inconsistent shower warm water.
