相當於國內招待所 前台態度冷漠 要不是離客人近不可能來 周圍超市多 建議不要去吃二樓早餐 中國胃沒法下嚥 買盒方便麪比啥都舒服

No doubt that this hotel has withstood the test of time. Have been staying there for years and it does not disappoint. ALL the staff is friendly especially the bell staff and those in the restaurant. Rooms are clean and updated. The rates are still very reasonable. Overall, a third generation (my kids) of travelers to CDMX are now experiencing what this hotel has to offer.

Solid work hotel in a convenient location. Friendly staff, but my only caveat is don’t get a low floor (M or 2) in the back right… the noise from the garage door will keep you up at night.

This place is very old. Can hear everything in the adjacent rooms. Gym was terrible.

We left the room at 7amd and we put the service request signed, we came back at 9pm and the room was not service. The room did not have mattress cover and the sheets were ripped, there was 3 of us and only 2 bath towels and the shower was plugged

The stay was very good!, the furniture and mattress is outdated, the restaurant is nice and prices are reasonable.

The rooms need some updates like more electrical outlets. Overall is a clean hotel with a friendly staff and good Restaurant service

This is a charming hotel overall very nice.
The only thing I was close to was an elevator and the bell of the elevator kept me awake for several nights. The air or fan quit down the noise but, it got too cold so I turned it off.
Also, there was a smoker in the sma floor I was the hotel never manage that issue I was very disappointed about that.

MI VIAJE MUIY BIEN, PERO EN EL HOTEL 2 VECES ME BLOQUEARON LA ENTRADA AL CUARTO PORQUE NO TENIAN BIEN SUS REGISTROS, TUVE QUE ENSEÑARLES NUEVAMENTE MI RESERVACION, CREO QUE SI TIENEN UN PROBLEMA EN RECEPCION, TODO LO DEMAS MUY BIEN SON MUY ATENTOS
