I have known this Hotel since I was young and lived in this neighborhood. Being in this place is like being at home. The location is extraordinary because it is in an extraordinary neighborhood. Well located and with multiple options for walking, eating and transportation. The place is clean. The hotel staff is very kind.
Whenever I can I will return to this place.

Very pleasant staff, a little old fashioned, but comfortable. The junior suite was fine but a little cramped. The space between door and wash basin was just 9 in beds, a tight squeeze in 203.

The Beverly is a modestly priced, centrally-located hotel with first-rate service.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Top notch in my opinion. The hotel seemed run down; old carpet in the halls, the paint in my bathroom was chipping off; towels were frayed and torn; hard beds which made sleeping tough. The location was nice, quiet and walkable to many things.

Everything is great except for the tv, too many cnn channels & not many other options to watch. Besides that it's a nice hotel. If I had to stay around in this area in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Asked to have toilet fixed, took over 2 hours to get to it. Broke again on next flush. Dinner in restaurant was freezing in there, food took over 45 minutes to arrive considering I was the only one in there the whole time. Wi-Fi very poor

I Liked the staff, the location, the cleanliness. Some paint on the ceiling has gone a little bit outdated but the beds are nice and firm and its a pleasant place.
