Awesome Stay and always a pleasure!
Property is a historic building that has been tastefully remodeled. Rooms are fantastic and beds comfortable. New dining room menu was delicious , at least what I tried. Nice continental breakfast each day. Staff are lovely and very efficient with front desk agents who speak excellent English. Neighbourhood is safe to walk and Parque Bosque de Tlapan is 400 ft away.

Loved the property and the staff. Building is a gem and has been remodeled in a cool and stylish. Rooms are very well appointed and the bed was super comfortable.
Dining area has some nice options and a**osphere and is reasonable.
It is a hidden gem very close to the running/walking trail at Parque at Bosque de Tlapan. And speaking of hidden, the sign is visible from the road but you have to look for it. Apple Maps and Waze will bring you right to the front door!

The property is a hidden jewel. You don't see much from the street. Great building, beautifully restored. Comfortable rooms. Location is great, because is not on the busy streets, actually it is just few steps from El Bosque, a green spot in the city. The staff is helpful and friendly.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. So close to shops and restaurants, but you're tucked away from the major highway/traffic. The staff was very accommodating and so attentive to our family. We personally enjoyed how quiet and safe the location was. The rooms were perfect for us with 2 small kids. The daily breakfast was a great way to start our day, and the staff in the evening extended their bar hours for us. I cannot recommend this location enough- my only issue was with the parking (very limited), but the hotel was able to move vehicles around quickly to make sure we could get out on time.
We cannot wait to go back!

It's a really beautiful oasis in the souther parts of Mexico city, the rooms are really nice, and quiet. The staff are nice and friendly.

Hacienda and Staff, are more than family. Every experience is unique, and superior, service is second to none, and the property is unmatched with any other. Elegant, beautoful, and beautiful people all around.

I was totally charmed by the hotel the decoration and wonder spaciousness of the accommodation. But the serenity was destroyed by an alarm somewhere ‘close by’ ( not on property ). We endured three DAYS of intermittent siren sounds that began to approach a kind of torture… One can understand for a few hours but it was clear that someone had left a car parked with a malfunctioning alarm LONG TERM. 😵💫 Most nights it only sounded once or twice… 😖.

The hotel was beautiful, surrounded by lush foliage. Large rooms. Beautiful entrance and hallways. Great WiFi connection, as I was able to live stream on multiple devices and watch YouTube simultaneously with no issue. Accommodating staff. Parking on site is a little tight, but not bad. I love this place and we will stay again!
