Absolutely fabulous on every level from the moment we arrived. Amazing property, exceptionally kind staff, lovely rooms, fun and cozy communal spaces and delightful breakfast. Really can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Thank you!

This is all about location. The property is at the safest area at CDMX. Very close to many restaurant and high end shops. If you want a different experience this is the place to be. And remember that this property it is not a hotel so dont expect to have room service at 4am.

Well, let me start with the good things about the hotel. The property is beautiful and the location is fantastic. We love the area where the hotel is ( Polanco ). The people working at the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Now the down side of staying at the Utopic hotel… there is no heating system in the hotel ( including the room) therefore it’s freezing at night. The breakfast/ pool table room is not charming or cozy. It’s located on the basement without heating. Overall, I would say that it’s a nice hotel for a short stay. We stayed for 3 nights on Dec. 2023
