No room service and restaurants are a bit pricey in the area which is to be expected. Overall location was great 👍 and we enjoyed our stay!

酒店很舒適，位置很好，有很安全的門禁。就是邁阿密當地的治安非常危險，不能隨便亂逛。建議有條件還是住更奢華的酒店，治安更安全。

The elevators were broken during our entire three day stay. Guests had to use one small alternate (service) elevator. When bus loads of cruise ship guest arrived it was chaos.
Extremely noisy from bar at night.
Annex hotel entrance is through a smelly ice cream waffle store.
After hours front desk staff is non existent.
I’d not stay hear a second time.

Noise level terrible. We requested and received a different room but the noise was still much too loud and sleep was extremely difficult.

Wonderful stay, the staff was so nice and attentive. From the gentleman who walked us to our room to the front desk lady, so nice, so happy we stayed here

I would definitely stay at the Breakwater Hotel again. So convenient to everything. Right on Ocean Drive. Affordable. I recommend staying at Breakwater.

Great location and staff, the reason we chose a 4 is there is no heat in the hotel, it was cool temperatures overnight and one of the two elevators was out of service the whole stay. This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here for my husband’s birthday weekend.

Front desk staff = Fabulous in helping in every way. Storing our luggage, from A to Z they made the trip convenient & comfortable. This is 1 of my fav hotels in the world especially even more so since their renovations.
