I purchased the suite and in the hotel gave me the option "only" of studio so i do not recommend this site neither the Hotel . the Hotel said that the suit that I described does not exist. so who lied to me ?

The stay was terrible. I actually left the hotel and booked another one that night. ot waa dirty and it had bugs. and i got no refund.

It would be a great place to stay if they care of the place. Everything is so old. Only good thing about this it’s staff! Specially valet and from office.

Mandatory valet made each return a painfully slow process. Always a line to valet, but no alternative. Unit was in need of multiple repairs (missing shelf under bathroom mirror, shower clearly once had a sliding glass door that is now replaced by a cheap curtain, etc) and showed signs of wear everywhere. Water dispensed from fridge had particles in it, filter much overdue for cleaning or replacement. Also, door doesn’t block sound at all.

Pool closed, restaurant service absent, well past time for remodeling. No heat.
Valet service was great. Location was great.

Property needs some updating, specifically their rooms. One of the bathroom doors wouldn’t close all the way the lock was not latching. The pool was closed our whole stay. The valet parking personnel were excellent. Always doing a great job.

I did rent this property through ******* and I am so disappointed ******* standard is so low. The property was so disgusting. Everything need to be replaced from the bottom to the top. Highly not recommended stay away from this property

Cold dirty floors, ac didn’t work. Checking in was a hassle. Women didn’t even understand how to check me in. Don’t stay here
