Room was not ready. Photos are misrepresented. Not clean. Filthy and empty jacuzzi on balcony. Check in says 3, room was not ready until 4:30. Never again.

Loved the beach chairs and beach access. Breakfast was great. The gym and pool left us desiring more

The higher rooms were quite nice. I don’t know about the basic ones. Great service and the staff were very nice and responsive.

Perfect location close to the beach, staff very friendly. Also it was great having lounge chairs and umbrellas reserved for our hotel on the beach !! We’ll definitely come back 👍

Location by the ocean at Ocean road at beginning of all art Deco hotels, all within walking distance
Collins ave , parallel to hotel with many shops
Had lunch at Versaci restaurant
Concierge very helpful , called for transportation to cruise terminal

The only thing I didn’t like is the lighting in the room was bright enough and they didn’t have wash cloths so they were given hand towels in the place of wash cloths.

The property was nice. The staff was great and friendly. One elevator was not working. The ice machine on the second floor was not working. There was no DJ at the pool all weekend.

My only gripe is I had no cleaning service the entire stay! I called the front desk to request cleaning service but they never came to my room! My room had no wash cloths and I had to walk the entire 2nd floor to find someone to give me a wash cloth! Overall it was a decent stay!
