Casa Victoria Orchid

Casa Victoria Orchid is a lovely, charming hotel in a great location. We stayed for only one night on our way home from Antigua via Miami. The desk staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately our stay was not long enough to enjoy the amenities like the bikes and the pool at the sister hotel. But the location at the end of Espanola Way was perfect. We enjoyed a wonderful late night dinner at a great restaurant (Mercato della Pescheria) and the following morning we had an easy walk to Lincoln Way. This was our first visit to Miami and our experience at Casa Victoria Orchid made us want to return and when we do, we will definitely stay there.

Perfect location on Espanola Way. Close enough but far enough. Rooms are great, free bikes a cool feature as well as their partnership with another hotel with a pool. Always stay here when I come to South Beach 1-2 times a year. Only complaint is no full size ironing board. Same complaint every time. Seems like an easy thing to fix.

Horrible customer service, when arrived no one at the reception desk, waited about 20 min, finally someone showed up, no apology, nothing. Then I am told that my credit cards was not the one I booked with, I only have one CC that I use, after going back and forward this old woman finally agreed that in fact it is same card. Another 20 min went by to get the room key, she was extremely slow. Room and hotel hallways are old and not maintained well. Will not stay again in this hotel.

We absolutely loved Cas Victoria Orchid. Was a really outstanding locations, just a short walk to Lincoln Rd, Ocean Drive, and the beach. The Espanola area is really nice, with several really great restaurants to chose from just steps away. The hotel service was outstanding. Rooms were very nice, clean, and the staff all around was excellent. We will certainly stay here again when we visit South Beach.

My two night stay at the lovely Casa Victoria was pleasant. Very clean space. Bathroom was a great size. The King size bed was perfect as I am over 6 feet tall. I’d stay here again and I’d highly recommend this Hotel to anyone staying in Miami.

Estuvo bien poder hacer check in unos minutos antes del tiempo establecido. Las instalaciones no tienen buen mantenimiento, la cerradura de mi puerta estaba como si la hubieran forzado en algún momento y la puerta no cerraba justo en el marco sino que se dejaba ver la luz de afuera. Los ruidos internos y externos hicieron que no pudiera descansar, ya que se escuchaba golpear puertas( era de la salida de emergencias porque no funcionaba el ascensor por un problema de electricidad, tampoco funcionaba Wifi). Estuvo bien la ubicación y las amenidades como frutas, agua, sillas para playa y bicicletas. Para el desayuno te dan un voucher por USD15 para consumir en La Cervecería del Barrio. Los recepcionistas fueron amables pero ninguno de los 2 tenían cubrebocas. En mi opinión siento que no volvería a elegir este hotel ya que no es buena la relación precio-calidad. (Pague U$D 300 aprox).

Buena relación precio/servicio. El personal (especialmente Ciara y Wallace muy atento y eficiente). Muy limpio todo el tiempo. Recomendable. Definitavemente lo volvería usar en la próxima visita a Miami Beach.
