Buena ubicación, mucho ruido en la habitación.
El personal de recepción no se esfuerza en hablar español (entendiendolo perfectamente).
El español es el segundo idioma más hablado .

Very clean- nice room - pleasant staff. Pictures on site imply your room faces the beach - most do not almost all rooms face the alley ways FYI

Peaceful and quiet room. Very friendly and helpful staff (Especially Henry and Allison). Everything in walking distance. Good breakfast. Breakfast-room could be bigger ( not a big problem).

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s very easy walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Having breakfast included is great but they have very few choices of foods. The bacon is basically just shy of raw meat. The only fruit available is an apple or an orange. They advertise having parking but they do not have parking on site. There’s a parking garage you have to walk 5 blocks to get to. The elevator is very slow and you cannot take the stairs unless there’s an emergency. We had 3 rooms for our group. Some rooms were cleaner than others.

Overall comfortable and clean stay. The hotel and its surroundings seemed a bit dated but well kept. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. A very quick walk to the beach and close by many south beach attractions.

The property location was close to everything. We were only staying 1 night, before a cruise, and the hotel was close to eating options, shopping and the beach.

There is a strong sound of electricity every 15 minutes when sleeping at night. I stayed for 4 days and the room card error occurred every day. I had to go to the front desk to change the room card every day.
