The Biscayne Hotel

Staff extremely helpful and friendly..Room clean and wet room spacious with great hot water. Definitely recommend to stay before or after cruise..only 3.5 miles to Port. Experienced the King Room as bed very soft and mood lighting for peaceful evening

There was nowhere to eat on the premises. There is a restaurant there, but it is not opened for breakfast. Other than that, it was nice for enough for what you pay. The staff are very friendly and helpful to tell us where to go to eat close to the hotel.

I got an email asking me to check in online to make the actual check in quicker and smoother. I provided my credit card for the deposit and signed the paperwork. It stated that check in was at 1pm and you can check in early for $15 per hour before hand. We arrived at 11am and were told that check in was actually at 3pm and we couldn't check in early but they would hold our bags. I provided by ID to the gentleman and he said we were all set to come back at 3 and get our bags and keys to the room. We arrived at 3 and another lady was there. She couldn't find my reservation. The the same gentleman came in and found it in 2 seconds. Not sure what she was looking at. He gave us 1 key and our bags and off we went t our room. The room is nice and the bed was large and super comfortable. While I was in the restroom the same lady came up to our room and said we didn't check in. I had to go back down the office and sign paper again. What was the point of the online check in? When checking out in the morning we asked if they could store our luggage and they said yes but asked when we would be back. We have some excursions planned for the day and were planning on being back by 3. Then they asked if we could come earlier and we said we would try but wasn't sure if we could. Once we went back to pick up our luggage (past 3pm) there was another lady and she was super nice about picking it up late.

Great basic place to stay. It is a ride to any Miami attractions but has great restaurants close by. Blue Collar is amazing. Staff is super friendly and willing to hi the extra mile great value for money.

Ana Maria was amazing. She was so helpful and kind to us. I would stay at this hotel again because of the amazing care she showed us.

My recent experience at the Biscayne Hotel in Miami was absolutely fantastic and left me with a lasting positive impression. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Eric, the General Manager, who was very professional, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere from the very beginning. My room was spacious, modern, and elegantly decorated! I particularly appreciated the comfort of the bed and the impeccable cleanliness of the room, which is not always the case in mid-range hotels. Finally, I would like to highlight the ideal location of the Biscayne Hotel. Located in the heart of Miami, it offers easy access to tourist attractions, luxury boutiques, and trendy restaurants in the city. This made my travels and explorations even more convenient and enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Biscayne Hotel to anyone looking for a centrally located accommodation in Miami, without breaking the bank, especially during this season when rates tend to soar throughout South Florida. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Miami!

Excellence, comfort, cleanliness, convenience, quality, safety, security and perfection are just a few words which come to mind when I think about my most recent stay at the Biscayne Hotel. Based in the heart of Miami between the beaches, upscale restaurants and the business district, this hotel is phenomenal; not only because of the incredible front desk staff, but also because every time I've stepped into any room it literally feels like a breath of fresh air. The beds are beyond relaxing, the flat screen televisions are incredible for entertainment purposes and the restrooms, bathtubs and showers are truly top tier. It's the best hotel I've visited in the past 10 years. Without any hesitation, I would highly recommend The Biscayne Hotel to my most closest friends and family because I know without a doubt that they will not be disappointed.

My wife is tad sensitive about the cleanliness of a hotel, but she was perfectly satisfied with this hotel(she insisted on tipping 20 USD for housekeeping). They have more parking places along the hotel wall, so ask about them if the front yard parking is full. Host was very helpful and kind, helped me carrying my baggage up/downstairs to/from room. Fast wifi and smart TV was also my type. In-room microwave was handy. No shower curtain - means no foul bathroom odor. Bathroom amenity was also good. A few downsides : no coffee machine/electronic pot in room, check in was a little bit delayed(d/t cleaning), soundproof was not very good, and air conditioner was not strong enough for summer. Despite, this is very clean and friendly, cost effective hotel. Highly recommended.

Not good. You have to be buzzed into the lobby because they keep the door locked. That should tell you about the area. Room was clean. No amenities except bar soap and shampoo. Only look warm water in bathroom. No one on site to check it out. Doing construction at 9:00pm in the room next to us. No walking around in this area. Do not recommend.
