Körfez tarafında harika bir konum ve manzara, ancak banyomda iyi boyutta bir yaratık (böcek) vardı. Burada yaygın olduklarını biliyorum ama 21. kata nasıl ulaşılıyor?

Çok iyi bir geziydi, tek yatak odalı süitten keyif aldık, yataklardan manzaraya kadar her şey ÇOK rahattı.
Biz sadece oradayken temizlikten yoksunduk, asla makyaj odasına gelmediler ya da havluları vs. Odaların tazelenmeye ihtiyacı var, biraz modası geçmiş, ancak bunun dışında temiz ve rahat. Personel ön büroda süperdi. Kesinlikle tekrar kalacaktı!

Very nie location, although the staff tends to be moody, and the rooms are not the nicest (especially the shower). Property needs some renewal, like the elevators).
Although they have a parking building of their own, they only offered valet parking at $35/night (I thought it was included).

This property is an older condo building where the units are rented. Every unit is furnished differently. The location is very convenient, the building is very clean, the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful.
The restaurant and bar at the small pool was CLOSED for renovations. There is a valet for your car for an extra charge.
The price was expensive, not sure if I would stay here again.

Rooms are comfortable and staff very helpful and pleasant. Very close to all the shops, restaurants and parks. Premises do not have a bar or restaurant however there are ample choices within 100 yards so really not a problem. Rooms have
top class coffee machines to make expresso etc

It is in a great area...Coconut Grove... great for walking and exploring. Wonderful selection of restaurants.
We also arrived in advance of check. I was expecting to store our bags but our room was ready so we got to check in early - really appreciated this.
Finally, the rooftop pool was amazing!.

The beds were super comfy. We were able to check in early. Close (walkable) to tons of dining and shopping. Very safe area.

Average at best. Upon arrival we found a dirty porcelain cup in the pantry and a cloth hanger on the floor behind a chair. No working restaurant and no prior notice that it was not open. One day no cleaning of room and next day not until we complained. Size of room good. Location, fitness center and swimming pool area very good. Staff not sufficiently knowledgeable about the premises. Several attempts to call front desk with no answer.
