Good location to loandepot park and Little Havana. Comfort bed. Diverse facilities available. Poor shower facility. Nice landscape in the hotel(not the view in the room)

開始我訂的最便宜的，原來他是説200多塊錢是男女在一起住一個房間，這怎麼行？建議你這個攜程不要亂推！還好店小二後來升級了一個房給我，費用另外再付，比實際上網上便宜了一點，但是我估計他那個被子很不乾淨，第2天我就皮膚癢。建議大家帶上自己的毛巾，不要用公共毛巾。。

Lugar perfecto para una estancia en Miami: cerca andando a todos los sitios, habitación espaciosa, limpia con baño, y la atención recibida por el personal, sobre todo Víctor, increíble ! Gracias mil por todo!

Staff was great and very helpful, but the area requires taking an Uber to the beach and any good food spots. The area has all gated stores, which is a sign of high crime which took away from relaxing. Selina itself has great potential but it just needs a new coat of paint, no mold in the bathroom, and furniture in the common areas.

Awful. Wedding right outside the door. Music blaring until 2pm super loud. No option to change rooms, and was NOT advised of this. Super early flight and therefore won’t be sleeping all night.

So after getting my key on the way to the room was calm them we went inside the bed looked like somebody rolled over in was still in bed I will never come here again they played music so loud couldn’t even sleep never again

Not a good experience. The staff we encountered were pleasant enough, but the stay was disappointing. The locks on our house door didn't work, and were very temperamental after they were "fixed". Bed wasn't changed after the first night, not a problem, we can make a bed ourselves, but when making the bed we discovered some rather questionable stains on the mattress, so a mattress topper would've been nice! Our final night's stay was ruined by an event on the green just outside our window. It can only be described as a rave, with awful EDM blasting so loud we could feel the bass in our room. We were told this would stop at 11, it continued until after midnight. In addition to the music, our room absolutely stunk of **** due to the people smoking it outside. My partner and I don't do this at all so the smell was nauseating to us. The staff didn't warn us about the event, nor was there any indication on their website. We were later informed that the 3-star hotel advertised is in fact a hostel (whether or not this was an attempt to justify the event, I don't know) and that the event was being held by the neighbouring restaurant. We contacted the manager via email regarding compensation for our last night and have had zero response. Just plain rude.
