We had a medical issue while on a cruise and requested cancelation as soon as we was back at port and the management refused cancelation or refund.

The room was decent, and it’s only 5 minutes drive away from the airport. The continental breakfast was great, didn’t expect it to be that good (there were waffles, bagels, boiled eggs, toasts, cereals, and fresh fruit).

A little aged but reasonably clean. The beds were comfortable. Service was not great; they declined to break a $20 for me. Parking is available but be prepared to walk a bit, as the spaces near the front are full 24/7. Limited TV options. We never got the free breakfast because it was mobbed every day.

The fitness center is a closet. Could not get Wi-Fi. The room was too warm and couldn't turn it down. Airplane noise could be disturbing for some

There was no a/c in our room and the frontdesk told us to open the Windows for air. After discussing fir a while they move us to another room.

Room was not clean! Toilet would not flush at times- needs replacement parts. Outdated fixtures and chipped/damaged table and other furnishings. Not convenient outlets for phones- only wall by side of bed. For a $200 stay this is unacceptable.
