Havaalanına servis için 45 dakika bekledik. Bizi yanlış yere bıraktılar ve sonra 2 blok ötedeki farklı bir Comfort Inn'e gi**emiz gerektiğini anladılar. Vardığımızda, girişte sigara içen birkaç kişi vardı - çalışan mı yoksa misafir mi olduklarını bilmiyorum. Oda oldukça temizdi, ancak mülkün genel olarak çok sayıda bakım ve temizliğe ihtiyacı vardı (salonlar, asansör, yemek alanları). Ücretsiz kahvaltı iyiydi, ama 30 dakika erken bitti. Mülkiyet, kruvaziyer limanına bir servis teklif etti, ancak bizim için yer yoktu. Very clean. Comfy beds nice staff but no where close to get food if you arrive in the evening except subway.

The hotel includes as an amenity described on their website of "Complimentary one way shuttle service from our hotel to the Port of Miami each morning. Register at the Front Desk during check-in to reserve your seat.". However, upon check out we were told that there was no remaining availability for the shuttle. So, we were forced to pay an additional $30 for a ride to the port. I did call a couple weeks before arriving to ask how the shuttle worked and the person I talked to said we just need to say when checking in that we want the shuttle - no mention of it being a limited service.

Nice rooms. Limited, but sufficient breakfast. If you are looking for a place to stay before a cruise, this place is great! Just make sure to call a few days ahead to get on the free shuttle list to go to the cruise ship docks.

Stop over for one night before a cruise. Subway next door as well a 7-11 for food and snacks. Nice breakfast this morning. Staff very friendly.

The property was nice and clean
It was a comfortable stay. If we're in Miami in that area will stay again. The shuttle was very convenient and nice to have.

The room itself was nice clean etc. I dont like the fact Comfort charged a full night stay as a deposit prior to my arriving then charged me a night stay at check-in. I don't like the attitude of the gentleman i encountered at the front desk as i voiced my displeasure on this topic. The hotel itself is nice and the breakfast was pretty good.
