I booked the King suite and it was very spacious! The room and hotel were clean, the staff was friendly and the amenities around the hotel were great. Will be staying here again!

Check in was great and the desk attendant was very friendly. That was really the best part. I booked a king but was given a room with 2 queens. Then the next morning housekeeping was banging on ALL of the doors at 9am when checkout wasnt till 12pm.

The bed was very comfortable the bathroom floor was not as clean as i expected. I stepped on it with wet feet after my shower and saw how it was dingy. I didn't like the fact that i have to pay for parking, but only with my credit card not cash. That just complicates my expenses.

Room was clean people where friendly. But if you pay 200.00 a night that should include parking.

The worst Holiday Inn Express I have been to. The hotel's area is industrial and feels unsafe. There was a policeman in the lobby when checking in, maybe as a deterrent to crime in the area.
The front desk attendant attitude was unwelcoming and when asked if we could exchange room to a higher floor she simply said "your room isalready assigned".
The noise in the bedroom from other rooms, both from the side and the upper floors didnt let us sleep, because everybody in the hotel had a late night party going on because it was Saturday night. Worst hotel experience ever, and the peice was so high for what we got.
Stay away from this hotel.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. The hotel was in excellent condition and clean. I could not have asked for a better stay.
