Tru by Hilton Midland

I love the design, it is colorful, fun, and convenient for business and fun. The rooms are fit with just what is needed. It is echo friendly. Guest order housekeeping when needed. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, with many choices. The lobby has a coffee bar, with choices of fresh coffee, teas and hot chocolates. There was fruit infused water available, a very nice touch. I really like this new concept.

all was great but until you get woken up around 3am by your neighbor while they are talking very loudly and can hear everything they are saying - walls a bit thin

I like Hilton’s Tru properties! The one is Midland is 10/10, I’d recommend and stay here again.

Hotel is excellent with everything available for your stay. Breakfast was also warm & good. Rooms are good. Kids also loved it. Go ahead and stay there. You’ll be happy.

this Tru by Hilton has a snazzy interior. it was very clean. the front "desk" people (not a desk in the standard way, you'll see what i mean if you stay here), were very friendly. i guess the only potential negative, was that i did not see a luggage cart to bring my belongings up, but i also didn't bother to ask.

Clean and spacious room for the value. Excellent parking (we were towing a trailer). Fresh fruit in the lobby at night. Definitely recommend!

It was amazing I needed a room downstairs I got it we arrived and the room was not ready and it didn’t even take 10 minutes for her to get us a room. She was a wonderful caring. Person that works in the front desk.

Very poor service from Shonte. Extremely rude. Bathroom was dirty when we checked in.

We stay here every time we come back to midland to visit family. Employees are always very nice, clean rooms and a good breakfast included. Very convenient to the airport and loop 250.
