Hotel undergoing renovations to the exterior and leisure centre. Pool and changing rooms closed, and lift broken, not informed of this before arrival, didn’t bother me but if elderly or disabled this would be a problem. Staff at reception/bar very pleasant, didn’t eat here so cannot comment on food.
Bedroom modern and had everything needed, bedclothes spotless and bathroom recently renovated however cobwebs on ceiling and furniture dusty.

Staff here were lovely and friendly. The hotel is in a nice area but the hotel itself is quite dated. Decor in the room where we stayed is tired and past its prime. There was considerable water damage in the bathroom, moldings were actually rotting out in some parts. The bed was comfortable enough but all night long we could hear doors slamming shut in other rooms. I was surprised by how loud that was. Also took us awhile to figure out how to operate the TV - someone had unplugged the cord in the back for some reason. We came to midleton to visit the disterilly and it was quite close so that was really all we needed.

This hotel is very good, easy to get to from the main road, it is close by to the town and has everything you need around it. The Staff are great, friendly and very helpful. The bedroom was spacious and very well furnished, great tv and bathroom toiletries. The Towels were great quality and the bedding too.
The Health suite is very good, a great sized pool and the sauna and steam room are good too.
Breakfast was nice with a lot of choice for you.
Overall, I will be staying here again.

Service was very poor. Waited 30mins for a bowl of ice cream for a child . At dinner 2 children got their main course and the others 2 children waited another 20mins for theirs . Not good enough for such a hotel

Was given an unexpected room super-upgrade on arrival - fabulous surprise. Staff were so friendly and helpful without being intrusive, great stay.

From checkin to checkout i cannot fault anything or anybody hotel very welcoming with the friendliest staff. Food is a 10/10 fabulous place looking forward to our next stay

We arrived late and still everything went smoothly and the staff remained friendly. The pool area was tidy and served its purpose. Breakfast was delicious.
