Everything from my arrival to check out was superb. The staff, across the whole resort, were so helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for me. The whole resort was spotless. Definitely recommend

Check-in and welcome service was perfect, one of the friendliest we had during our trip. Nice large appar**ent with a private parking in a resort that offers all you can need. The appar**ent was clean but smelled like humidity, old cigarettes and old drapes. Fridge was turned off and turning it on created an electrical problem.

Pros:
We stayed only for two nights and over all we liked the apar**ent and our stay at the hotel, it was spacious and the layout was good. The apar**ent was clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was very good and the service there also.
Cons:
The shower head and hose needed replacement, the cover of the shower head popped off first time when it was turned on but stayed in place after putting it back on. There was only an a.c. unit in one out of two bedrooms and then one in the living room. Both units did their job but they were old. It was hard getting the one in the living room to work but it did in the end, the one in the bedroom a had loud noise most of the time.
I prefer a walk-in shower but the room we got had a shower in a bath tub. There was only one TV in the apar**ent, located in the living room and that TV was small, only 32 inches, not that it made any difference for this trip because we didn’t stay in the apar**ent and didn’t turn it on. The hotel is not located next to a beach so it’s not the best when not having a car.
I would had asked for a different room because of the loud a.c. unit for a longer stay. These cons didn’t affect our stay much.
Over all I liked this hotel and I would stay there again.

The hotel is situated in a delightful area and has a bus stop right in front, but I recommend having a car for added convenience. The property boasts several restaurants and the staff are delightful. It is an ideal place to unwind with your family.

The room is OK but the Resort does not have many activities for the kids, in the check in the receptionist did not explain the resort facilities and the guest services denied to give me aditional shampoo and shower gel. There was not mini golf and table tenis as advertised.

We stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year periods. The big plus is the heated outdoor pool, which is surprisingly warm enough for Malaga weather.
The miniclub is also a plus, very well organised and kids love it.
The apar**ent is very dated with old furniture, but overall are acceptable.
The location is more suitable for someone who is driving. Not a problem for us as we got hire car. Fuengirola has plenty of options for foods and shopping, seems like more options compare to Benalmadena.
