Lovely place, friendly owners and staff. Hot showers. The only thing I would say it needs is a space to put your stuff in the bathroom whilst you shower (hooks on the wall or something)

This really is the best hostel and I will book this hostel again when I go to Florence again, the location is really good, and environment there is clean and tidy, I was really satisfied with the cleaning. And they offered free shampoo, towel and soap which was really nice.

The location is alright which if you take the metro/tram for 15-20 mins you will arrive at Duomo di Milano. The reception was nice enough to give me a really detailed description on where to walk around in Milan. However unlike a lot of other hostels, this hostel does not provide bunk beds therefore it lacks a bit of privacy. But still it’s really good value for price.

El hostel está bien situado y, en general, está bien. Limpio. Vida social nula y solo dos baños para todo el hostel con lo cual es difícil conseguir baño cuando lo necesitas. Tienen que mejorar la forma de contacto con el hotel pues sólo dan un teléfono y llamar desde fuera de Italia es caro. Me costó un mundo ponerme en contacto con ellos para arreglar una entrada tardía. Aún así está bien. Es un edificio antiguo al que no han hecho mucho arreglo pero tiene su encanto.

Tiny room, no air con. Lots of noise from the street all night. Door of room with no lock, old couches in bad condition… Basically looks like a broke student apartment. It was hot in the room and I had nowhere to plug my devices easily. Matress was no good and pillow was horrible. Mould in the bathrooms. Stains and dirt. Would not recommend.

Really nice family run vibe :) everything was clean and staff were really friendly and the accommodated me and my friends really well as we had two separate bookings and they put us in the same room, I would deffo stay again!!!
