DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! They are unprofessional and will charge your card for unnecessary fees and tell you it’s for damages when there is no damage to the room. They state there are to be no parties but how can two people be a party? They give you the run around when you call to ask about the charge and plus the hotel is unsafe because it’s under construction and they have you walking right through the work as you get off the elevator. I am highly upset as this was the worst stay I’ve had and I always book with this company and have never had any issues. Corporate did not help resolve the issue only advised me to reach back out to the hotel

Lots of construction, knowing that ahead of checking in would have been helpful.
Charges for Breakfast that i have never before encountered at a Hilton Property.

I did not like the fact that I was not told the facility was under construction and the pool has a strong smell of ammonia and mold and if you look inside the pool along the walls of the pool it has mold... I think the communication could be a little better. We should have had gotten a complimentary breakfast due to the conditions that we had to endure upon our stay

This hotel is undergoing massive renovations. This was not fisclosed at booking.

The pool was not working on arrival , the carpet was really dirty in the corridor.
The windows opened which was great, the pillows were great, and it was close to Silver Sands state park which is fabulous
