Sea Esta Motel II

Like a Nightmare, just stay away, dirty, bugs, did I say dirty? The carpet has never been cleaned! Sadly this is all Long Neck has to offer. I have stayed here twice and will not go back again. You would think Tunnel would spend some of his money and tear it down.

We encountered many unpleasantries during our overnight stay in town for a Wedding.. Our room reeked of smoke even though all rooms are listed as non-smoking. I even called a week prior to our arrival, after reading many unfavorable reviews regarding the smell. I told management that my husband had a recent heart attack and had quit smoking. I was fearful the smell of cigarettes would cause him serious issues. Management advised me that they noted it on my reservation and that our room would be fresh Without any Smokey stench. Clearly that was not the case. It reeked! We had no time to mention it upon checking, because we already had very little time to change clothes & attend the Wedding on time. There were dead cockroaches in the bathroom and many flies in the room. We successfully killed two. We chose Sea Esta II because it was very close to our venue & we knew we’d be pressed for time after traveling. We were very disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave.We left very early the next morning, before the office was open, & just left the keys in our room, so there was no opportunity to address our concerns face to face with management. I expressed our disappointment in an email to management that was never answered. Don’t stay here!
