Pretty dissapointing experience at this hotel. I am a frequent traveler around the world and did not experience something like this before ever. There was a big note in the bathroom which said please call front desk if you require complimentary toiletries. When i called the lady said its $2 for a toothpaste. I replied back saying your note in the bathroom says its free and she replied back saying “not anymore “

Check-in was super easy. The staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Perfect stay!

산호세 지역에서 저렴한 가격(18만원)의 호텔을 급하게 찾아서 1박만 진행했는데 너무 오래된 호텔임. 전체적인 리모델링 필요할것 같음

Surprised that there were steps leading up to the entrance of the hotel and I didn't see any other access for disable people (or just someone like me who was tired and had a heavy sugar).

Only negative issue i had was the rude lady in the check in counter. I've been here many times and never had any issues but this time around was different. All other staff members were amazing like always.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, all the staff welcoming and friendly, and the room was spacious and clean.

The place was nice and we didn’t expect a lounge there. Breakfast was awesome. It was just the bed being too soft as both of us sunk in as if it folded like a taco. I would definitely stay here again minus the soft bed
