Upon arrival we learned the pool was down for maintenance. The staff had said they were re-tiling the floor. We have stayed at this hotel many times for few years now. We could see into the pool area and nothing has been done except the chairs around the pool had been stacked. The note said they were closed from 2/12/24-2/19/24 I believe for maintenance. My kids were very disappointed and we still paid full price for our rooms.

We paid almost $300 dollars for a two night stay.
Our room was never cleaned, the shower head leaked and got outside our shower so it made a mess. The pool was closed during our stay.. if I would have known we wouldn’t have booked. It was okay but definitely not worth the money.

Mrs Linda was an absolute joy at check in and extremely helpful. It so nice finding people in this industry that care about their performance, their guests, and have such a beautiful attitude. The room was super clean and quiet

In Wichita for an interview and had a family emergency with a loved one rushed to Wichita hospital after a car accident and staff was kind enough to let us go to hospital before coming back to get ready for interview and having a late checkout. Very much appreciated and will continue to stay here and recommend to others!

My only complaint was the pillows smelled musty. Like a people smell. The handicapped room was excellent and well designed.

Nice hotel. Breakfast ok-eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, waffles, etc. nice rooms. Conveniently located adjacent to the facility we needed to be at. Would stay again

Let me begin with the check-in... i was told that I would need to request towel service because they do not touch up the room for guests staying more than one night. I did and requested towel service again the following morning at 7:00 a.m. When I returned at 9:00 p.m. after a long day of meetings, no clean towels. Only one channel on TV, the bathroom vanity mirror didn't work, the pillows smelled so bad that i couldn't use them.

Help was friendly! But I had to move rooms because television was not working. For the most part it was a decent stay.
