KFH Vol＇Gotnoe, Minsk Region Yakınlarındaki Oteller

Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

Liked the hotel. At the reception, everything was fast. We lived in a large, bright room with a balcony overlooking the city and the river. The room is clean, has everything you need. The hotel is well located. Across the road from it is a park and a promenade. Near a large shopping center. For me and my husband, the main thing is space and cleanliness, our room met these requirements. We will return with pleasure.

A very decent hotel, good location, 10-15 minutes walk to the center (Victory Park, Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, Gallery shopping center, Sports Palace), 10 minutes to the Molodezhnaya metro station. There is a large supermarket ”Korona” nearby, there is a parking lot next to the hotel. The rooms are simple, modest, but clean and tidy. TV, refrigerator, shower, hairdryer, everything worked. Soap, shampoo, constantly added, cleaning was daily. Comfortable soft bed. Wifi is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always trying to help. Very hearty breakfasts in the restaurant. There is a fairly good sauna, with a Russian and Finnish steam room, a swimming pool, billiards, a relaxation room. Nearby is the airfield ”Belarusian Yard” with cozy gazebos where it's nice to sit in the evening. The kebab is excellent :) Of the minuses: there is no elevator, which in principle is not critical, but it will be difficult for people with large luggage, the elderly and the disabled; no cups in the room, it’s good that they had their own (a kettle was immediately provided upon request); a bit dark in the corridors, perhaps saving electricity, but still. You can install motion sensors; The sauna has a very shabby sofa, it's good that there was something to cover. But in general, an excellent hotel, the cons are not significant, it costs its money in order to stay for a few days, just right. After the stay, only good impressions remained.

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.

Каждый год я отмечаю его в поездках во всевозможных отелях и всегда получаю хотя бы мало-мальский знак внимания, а чаще всего поздравления целый день. Для меня это не вопрос пирожного в номер, а показатель отношения отеля к клиентам. У нас был поздний выезд и когда за пару часов до выезда из отеля не было никакого поздравления, я подошла на ресепшен спросить. После моего вопроса «положено ли мне что-то в день рождение?» сотрудники стали меня убеждать что с утра в номер принесут чизкейк / игристое (тут они не договорились) и все будет супер. На мой ответ что день рождение у меня сегодня и для меня видимо сделали исключение , ничего не принеся, сказали «что они не отвечают за поздравления гостей, этим занимается кто-то другой». Поэтому в свой день рождение я не услышала даже элементарного «с днем рождения» от сотрудников отеля. Насколько же внимательно отель отнесется ко мне в следующий раз, когда у меня не будет особого дня - вопрос для меня риторический. Так же, когда с утра я подходила на ресепшен , спросила когда открывается самогон красоты , мне сказали «мы за них не отвечаем, они приходят где-то к 11-12 часам». Когда я подошла часам к 12 к салону, там шла фотосессия модели, видимо для соц сетей. На мой вопрос «могут ли они помыть и высушить мне волосы» сотрудник закатила глаза и тихо-тихо сказала администратору, что она планировала еще выпить кофе и причесаться и мне предложили прийти часа через 2-3, когда мне было уже совсем неудобно. Обычно, во всех отелях с руками и ногами готовы забрать клиента, но видимо не здесь. Ставлю 4, потому что день рождение раз в году и не для всех гостей это актуально. А расположение , завтраки , номера замечательные.

I often fly to different countries and live in hotels accordingly, this time this hotel was relatively clean and good. I would probably even set the rating 4-5 if there were no girls from the resepshne. I think the girls from the respiratory must be friendly, smiling, responsive, etc. , but here were naked, chumy, rude, etc. , in turn, it was not quite pleasant. I asked those girls on the respiratory about the possibility of giving a room later than usual, on which I was allowed until 3:00 p.m., I went to the room at 12:30 p.m. to rest as a long flight was expected with a transplant. I am in the room and I am asleep at 3:00 and I am called from the rehab and they say I had to leave at 2:00 and that I now have to pay for half a day. I in turn tried to explain by phone that it was good until 3:00, they didn't even want to listen. It was good that I was gathered, quickly grabbed my things and went down to the respiratory, there was an endless dispute that I should pay for half a day, eventually asked to call the more chief person in the hotel, explained the whole point, 20 minutes were dealt, The finding was invented that at 14: 00 the room was in the room, allegedly I was not in the room. As a result, it was decided without pay, but for my damaged mood and anger on such incompetent workers of this hotel could not not leave a review... accordingly, I will not stop in this hotel anymore. The P.S. host of this hotel or manager needs to review the qualifications of the employees, regrettably because of such staff, the status of the hotel is affected.
