Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

Liked the hotel. At the reception, everything was fast. We lived in a large, bright room with a balcony overlooking the city and the river. The room is clean, has everything you need. The hotel is well located. Across the road from it is a park and a promenade. Near a large shopping center. For me and my husband, the main thing is space and cleanliness, our room met these requirements. We will return with pleasure.

Stopped with a family with two children at the hotel in November 2023. Room cosy , clean , bed linen white , pillows pleasant comfortable , soft light blankets. Service was all liked , kind staff . At the restaurant at the hotel, too liked everything. Breakfast is all delicious. Convenient location. Nature .For children there is a platform , and ducks , children are delighted. Walk in the air. We'll come back again.

Хотим выразить огромную благодарность и низкий поклон руководству, администраторам, службе банкета, отделу бронирования, шеф-поварам и всем трудящемся на благо сетей отелей ”Виктория” за сказку, воплотившуюся в жизнь! 23 сентября 2023 года мы отмечали свадьбу в банкетном зале ”Сапфир” в Виктория SPA. Это великолепное место с панорамными окнами, светлое, романтичное, просторное. Блюда были просто выше всех похвал: изысканные, свежие, нестандартные. Стол просто ломился от яств, что не могло порадовать гостей и соответственно нас, молодожен, которые переживали за все. Но с сетью данного отеля можно быть спокойными, все сделают по первому классу. Бронировали в Виктория SPA 3 номера: один для себя и 2 для родителей. Так сложились обстоятельства, что появилась необходимость раннего заселения хотя бы в один из номеров. Позвонив в отдел бронирования, к сожалению, мне отказали, сказав, что отель полностью укомплектован. Но каково было мое удивление, когда мне перезвонили через некоторое время и предложили 3 номера в соседнем отеле ”Виктория” с номерами более высшего ранга LUX для родителей и для молодожен огромные апартаменты APA на целый этаж (мы там даже потерялись), с прекрасными видами на Комсомольское озеро и Парк Победы. Как позже шутили с мужем, что попали в номер Киркорова, особенно, когда после свадьбы он был усеян цветами).Наши родители были в восторге от 2-х комнатных люксов со всеми удобствами, не хотели выезжать. А в наших огромных апартаментов мы встречались уже тремя семьями и беседовали по душам. А завтраки в отеле просто выше всех похвал: сбалансированные, с большим разнообразием, свежие, вкусные, чувствуется, что сделано с душой для любимого гостя. Мы даже не пытались сделать рекламу отелю, отель сам все сделал за себя, точнее, люди, которые работают там. Учитывая, что наша свадьба была интернациональной, то гости, которые были впервые в Беларуси, однозначно захотели вернуться сюда снова, а те, кто живет, захотели праздновать свои дни рождения только в зале ”Сапфир”. Даже оценка маленького 5-летнего ребенка о многом говорит, которая заявила, что ее свадьба обязательно будет здесь) На второй день посетили с мужем SPA, - и окунулись в рай). Прозрачная крыша над бассейном добавляет изысканности и огромное количество естественного света, что не может не дарить ощущения отдыха на островах) Дорогие, уже не побоюсь этого слова, наши! Еще раз благодарим Вас за прекрасные мгновения, понимание, собранность, услужливость, настоящее белорусское гостеприимство! Горжусь, что в моей стране настолько радушные хозяева! A very decent hotel, good location, 10-15 minutes walk to the center (Victory Park, Museum of the History of the Great Patriotic War, Gallery shopping center, Sports Palace), 10 minutes to the Molodezhnaya metro station. There is a large supermarket ”Korona” nearby, there is a parking lot next to the hotel. The rooms are simple, modest, but clean and tidy. TV, refrigerator, shower, hairdryer, everything worked. Soap, shampoo, constantly added, cleaning was daily. Comfortable soft bed. Wifi is excellent. The staff is very friendly, always trying to help. Very hearty breakfasts in the restaurant. There is a fairly good sauna, with a Russian and Finnish steam room, a swimming pool, billiards, a relaxation room. Nearby is the airfield ”Belarusian Yard” with cozy gazebos where it's nice to sit in the evening. The kebab is excellent :) Of the minuses: there is no elevator, which in principle is not critical, but it will be difficult for people with large luggage, the elderly and the disabled; no cups in the room, it’s good that they had their own (a kettle was immediately provided upon request); a bit dark in the corridors, perhaps saving electricity, but still. You can install motion sensors; The sauna has a very shabby sofa, it's good that there was something to cover. But in general, an excellent hotel, the cons are not significant, it costs its money in order to stay for a few days, just right. After the stay, only good impressions remained.

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

БОЛЬШЕ СЮДА НИ НОГОЙ! Проживала в отеле неделю. Единственный плюс данного заведения - действительно просторные номера с хорошим видом. На этом положительное заканчивается. Самое главное -отвратительный сервис- вот просто хуже некуда!Начиная с рецепшн, заканчивая администраторами спа.Везде отношение хамское, на все просьбы реагируют агрессивно, просто дно! Кавролин в номере грязный с пятнами, не пылесосили в номере ни разу, хотя я неоднократно обращалась с этой просьбой, воду то ставили, то нет, ни ручки, ни блокнота, ни штопора в номере вы не найдёте. Халат, тапки , зубные принадлежности тоже только по запросу. Завтраки скуднейшие. Диагноз - ДИКИЙ СОВОК. Пока вы не проведете беседы с персоналом и должным образом их не подготовите к работе с клиентами, никакой шикарный вид вам не поможет.

Nice hotel, easy to find (thanks to its special shape), situated near Kuntsevschina metro station (15-minute walk or 3 stops by bus, which stops a few metres from the hotel). Quiet surroundings, a few supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. The room was pleasant, with 2 beds, a balcony, TV set, desk and chair, a big wardrobe and toilet with a shower, toiletries and hairdryer provided. Cleaned every day. There were some issues with their card payment terminal when I arrived, but it was OK the following morning. Wi-fi not very strong and reliable, had some problems to log in on one phone and I didn´t manage to log in on another telephone. The receptions desk girls nice and helpful, no problem I arrived before midnight, and the evening before my departure they arranged airport transfer for me - I was leaving at 4 a.m. If ever in Minsk again, I will definitely try to get accommodation here.
