Good and clean hotels near Ambarukmo Plaza, Located across XXI & Starbucks. Service was good and friendly. My suite room was also clean, large and comfortable. Note : hot water for shower was not stable.

This hotel is very recommended for those who choose a super comfortable 3 star hotel and a jet-king king. Make a photo” just cool too. The Gazebo Garden Restaurant is an interesting and exotic place with an open terrace with a very delicious gourmet menu. There is also the Shinta Garden for regular dinner. There is also Joglo Rama, suitable for company parties, Family memorial, and other events. Oh yes, if dinner here you can get a package with the Ramayana Ballet show held at Amphi-Theater Puraa tour every night. You can check it directly at @ramayanaballetpurawisata. The room was nice clean,and cozy and the food was great. The breakfast variety were boost my mood. What a wonderfull time to stay with a warmest and helpfull team. Mr Agus has shown the proffessionalism and great us in every single guests momment during our stay. A nice guy you have to meet. Really reccommended Hotel to stay whilst you are in Jogjakarta Bravo....keep it up

My family booked 2 rooms & stayed here for a night during our short trip to Yogya. Its location is not in the city area, but not very far from it. The street leading to it is quite narrow, but once inside the compound, it is huge. The resort is designed surrounding a lake which seems to be man-made. The ambience is tranquil & relaxing. Behind our rooms there's a small water passage & the sound of water is very calming. Truly an oasis & highly recommended.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! Facilities, environment, staff are very good, and very close to the zoo, I like it very much

The receptionist are never smile, when i check in on March 7/20 @12.30 PM and i request for wake up call @5.00 AM to Lilis (GSA) for early morning flight but nobody set it up. So i wake up @5.32 AM and get hurry for it, i call the night shift incharge he said the wake up call is set up @10.20 AM, so funny. Its better i stay in small hostel with USD 5, with friendly staff and clean room. Because i will flight early morning so i have to stay near airport thats why i choose this terrible hotel without wake up call. I know you guys build this hotel near airport for the part of the guest who lookin for their flight so please be aware. Room is clean but many ants on the table when i put my bakpia they swarm it arround. Thanks for ”Good” service Johan

The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! All the contact information given cannot reach the hotel, saying that it is the correct contact information given by a third party... When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.
