I recently stayed at The Rich Hotel over the weekend, and I was really impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy. The hotel is conveniently located near Jogja City Mall, allowing me to enjoy karaoke, shopping, and dining easily. The price I paid was definitely worth the quality I got. Highly recommended!

It is really a budget hotel. The room is spacious enough for 2 people and 1 large bag. Sufficient storage space. The bed and kiss are fine and pleasant. Airco is good. Wifi is also fast. Water temperature from the shower is good. The bathroom may be put up a little. Water cooker is available on request at the bar, also fohn. I thought it was a good hotel for a short stay.

Stayed here with my family. Had an amazing experience started from the time of booking, the reservation team was very attentive and helpful. Prior to my arrival they did a courtesy to make sure everything is well prepared when I arrive at the hotel. Location is very easy to find and not far from city center although it doesn’t feel like you are in a city at all. Once you enter the resort you feel like in a very calming vibes and a sanctuary place. I arrived and greeted by Ekky and Ervita. Ervita escorted me to the room and showed all the feature in details and even let us enjoy in room afternoon tea during sunset which was incredible nice. Ekky was very helpful while assisting our luggage and took us around for a hotel tour. During the stay, I have requested some items to be delivered and they were promptly provided in a timely manner. I ordered dinner from ghetto restaurant and they were served nicely in the room and the taste of the food was good. I would like to mention some names as their providing memorable service during my stay ad well. Thank you for Lana, Viyo, Zhani, Rachel, Victor and Humam for making our stay memorable. Although I would like to comment about the breakfast. Restaurant ambiance is very nice but unfortunately the overall food was below my expectations. The food options were adequate but the tastes and quality somewhat did not harmonize with the great resort and services. I’m assuming finding the right supplier is also a key for this. but, indeed i enjoyed the breakfast. One last thing is about the Guest Motorcycle parking. We rent motorbike and we had to park in the staff parking so it was a bit of confusion for us as a guest and employee seeing us strolling around in your back area. Overall, I would love to come back if I visit Jogja again in near future. What I enjoy the most is the great service from the staff and that’s all what matters after all. Great product and service! The house is very good and meets the five-star standard, but the road in the mountains is very difficult to walk The airport took about 200 taxis, more than two hours away (if there is not too much traffic) Ctrip's service is very poor, it is very extremely not recommended to book foreign hotels on Ctrip! ! ! All the contact information given cannot reach the hotel, saying that it is the correct contact information given by a third party... When I went to the store to ask all the contact information were wrong, except for the hotel address If you want to see the volcano, it is not recommended to book this place in the rainy season, there is a high probability that you will not see it. Those who don't like bugs don't recommend this place. This place is on the mountain. There are many ants near the food at the breakfast buffet. But the scenery is very good, and the hotel service is also very good. It's a pity that I didn't catch up with the afternoon tea when I checked in in the early morning.

For the first time I check this hotel because near Ambarukmo Plaza, then there was a lot street food on jalan Wahid Hasyim. I'm sure you're never feel hungry in the middle of night. Easy Check in and helpful staff, This hotel did'nt provide mineral water bottle, but they provide you a glass water jug, so you can reffil as free flow . #this is i Loved.. Amenities is good, all fungtion in room runs well. I have reserv for superior twin room, its possible if you want extra bed. They have smooking room if you want, so you can note on your reservation. I arrive at the hotel on Saturday at 2 A.M. The check in process was smooth and hassle free. The great thing during this check in process is when i asked about breakfast, the check in agent who handled me (i forgot the name, sorry), not only mentioned about the breakfast price and inform that the breakfast will be only delivered to the room, but also recommend to look around the hotel for the breakfast. When i enter the room. It was as expected. Spotlessly clean. The room itself is instagrammable and there were many spot in the hotel if you care about creating content on social media. The bathroom are also spotlessly clean. The check out process was smooth and didn’t experience any issues / problem. Overall, i recommend this hotel and looking forward for future stay in this hotel.

My family booked 2 rooms & stayed here for a night during our short trip to Yogya. Its location is not in the city area, but not very far from it. The street leading to it is quite narrow, but once inside the compound, it is huge. The resort is designed surrounding a lake which seems to be man-made. The ambience is tranquil & relaxing. Behind our rooms there's a small water passage & the sound of water is very calming. Truly an oasis & highly recommended.
