Maistra Select Srebreno Villas

These apar**ents are in a great location, with stunning views. The area is so beautiful, verdant and clean. The local people are very friendly, and English is widely spoken. There are many local restaurants and shops (Sub city shopping centre 5/10 minute walk away has a supermarket). There are many transport options including buses, water taxis, taxis and Uber (which can be as cheap as the buses in some instances and definitely less crowded!) Dubrovnik airport is 20 minutes away by transfer. Must dos during your stay there are Dubrovnik Old Town, the City walls and the cable car to Mount Srd. Cavtat was beautiful (even in the rain). We did want to go to Lokrum island, but it was too windy for the boats to go during our stay. Kupari (ruined hotels from the Yugoslav war) is well worth a visit and only a short walk from Srebreno. Quite surreal and haunting. The apar**ents are very clean with daily maid service. Access to the adjacent Sheraton facilities is included in the price of the apar**ent. This includes a spa, indoor and outdoor pool and beach amenities. Towels are provided at the swimming pools. The apar**ent we stayed in was set back from the promenade in the landscaped garden and was accessed via a key carded gate. This had two large bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms with showers in the bath and also a separate toilet. There was a lounge/dining area with a small kitchen and a spacious balcony. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfasts (two ring induction hob and a microwave). All staff we incredibly friendly and we look forward to returning in the future if we’re able to.

We leave tomorrow after a wonderful 2 week stay. This is my second time staying at villas Srebreno and won’t be my last. Everything about the accommodation is excellent and it’s all been said in previous reviews so I won’t repeat. A special shout out to the fantastic cleaning team who work hard to keep everything so clean and tidy. This is such a beautiful part of the world and there is a warmth about the people that makes visitors feel relaxed and welcome.

This is our last day here at the villas before we fly home tomorrow & wow what a fantastic place to stay, we’ll definitely be back! We’ve been spoilt in a large 2 bedroom apar**ent with beautiful views of the sea front from the large balcony. The apar**ents are modern & very clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The maids have done an excellent job & the rooms were cleaned daily. The weather and surroundings are fantastic with plenty of choices for places to eat, drink and relax day and night, the pizzeria has been our favourite place to eat but one of the bars on the front does a mean BBQ chicken wing meal, all the bars have TVs to keep track of any sport. We used the facilities at the hotel during the day, the indoor pool was an added bonus for an early morning swim which we took advantage of most mornings. There were plenty of sun beds to choose from for a lazy day around the lovely outdoor pool to enjoy the sun and towels were complimentary. The bar staff in the main bar which we visited most days have been very accommodating & friendly, providing excellent service. Again everything at the hotel is very clean & modern, we didn’t have the dinner & breakfast package but did visit the restaurant in the hotel a couple of times and the food was lovely. Before we arrived we were notified by our tour operator that there was building work taking place near our apar**ents & on the beach which may cause some disruption, there has been no sign of building activity & we were not impacted by it at all while we were here. We used the water taxi to travel across to Dubrovnik which was very easy to do and a pleasant trip by boat. We also took advantage of the facilities down at the beach and hired a kayak and body board for a couple of hours, prices were reasonable & it made it an entertaining afternoon trying to stand on the body board. My only comment would be that there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to get breakfast if you didn’t fancy the buffet at the hotel & just wanted something lighter, a couple of places do croissants and cheese & ham toasties but if you fancied something lighter such as an omelette or eggs an toast there was nothing available other than the hotel buffet which can be pricy for a single meal. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly place to visit you won’t be disappointed.

We booked a premium apar**ent for 6. We ended up staying in the grounds of the sheraton hotel, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It wasn’t clear when I booked, but Villa srebreno guests can use the sheraton outdoor pool and sun beds free of charge ( it’s only the actual spa facilities that you pay for and breakfast, should you wish to take breakfast at the hotel). Our villa was really well equipped, we weren’t expecting full self catering facilities, and neither did we want that, but the sandwich toaster, microwave and two ring hob meant it was really nice to nip up to the cool ( air conditioning was great) apar**ent and make some lunch. Ubers make it really easy to get around, although we didn’t venture far as srebreno offered everything we wanted for a relaxing couple of days away.

Great Apar**ents , great space , brilliant views and a very large balcony . Also great free Wifi and excellent AC - the en-suite had a double sink for both rooms ( ours was a 2 bed ) Lovely garden a stone throw to the beach and a short walk to use the amenities at the Sheraton Hotel. Great Holiday!

I travelled to Croatia with my parents (in theis 70's) and I wanted to have a peaceful and quiet apar**ent with hotel service and this fullfilled all my expectations! The apar**ent we booked was with seaside view and it was so nice to wake up in the morning seeing the local fishermen go fishing and tourists enjoying morning walk by the beach. It was an easy walk to Sheraton hotel and we did have breakfast there every morning, it could be booked already when booking the apar**ent. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, excellent service and food quolity very good. Srebreno is a nice little town with some restaurants and shops, easy to go to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by bus or by boat. Villas Srebreno will surely be our choice when we return to Dubrovnik again!
