Stayed for a week and was "upgraded" to a suite and the TV in the living room and the bedroom did not work, It was reported to the front desk. The next day the maintenance person came to fix and said it is a common issue at this hotel. He was in the room a majority of the day and could not fix it. I was only offered a different room on the final night of stay. I declined and was told to talk with the front desk before checking out. Upon check out the front desk attendant was too busy on the phone to speak with me, she told me that my receipt would be emailed. I did send an email to the general manager and zero response. I reached out to marriott guest services and they stated someone would reach out to me within 3-5 days and still nothing weeks later. Do not stay here unless it is to just sleep and make sure to not get a room on the highway side as it is very loud.
