The hotel is too old. The room was smelling cigarette.
The shower is old with little water.
The elevator quite small and also old.
The swimming pool was full with water green color different than the pictures you see in the booking site.
The hotel is located very close to the road, the windows are not well isolated, therefore you can hear the noise of the road.
The worst is the dangerous to way out the hotel by car because there is no scape before you get the road.

Free car parking, helpful reception, swimming pool,.. but not one of the most beautiful BW hotels (renewal required); Price is OK.
Basic breakfast, with no gluten free products (if you bring yours you are not allowed to eat them there)

Otel çok güzel çok temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Otelin tek sıkıntısı merkeze uzak olması yakında toplu taşıma olmaması. Taksicilere dikkat etmek lazım fazladan para alıyorlar. Taksi otelden merkeze 25 Euro. Arabanız yoksa biraz ulaşım zor ancak otel çok güzel.

Filthy room, dirty carpet and smelly aircon. Only clean spot was the bathroom. Really disappointed in both the hotel and the fact that *********** consider this a 4* hotel, it is nowhere near that. Doesn’t give any confidence in ***********. Nowhere this hotel could have been renovated, unless it was renovated to look like a 70’s hotel. Food in restaurant (restaurant is an exaggeration) was boring, worse than lousy cafeteria food. Area around hotel is worn out and creepy

Very nice service - but the aircon in the rooms are just to small to cool the rooms, plus they are placed behind a cover so not much air comes out - besides that, it is close to the airport.

Rooms were clean and the breakfast included was decent, but the air conditioner was too small to cool off the room and the pool was closed...not sure why it was closed in the middle of summer?

We needed an hotel close to the airport. The hotel is not new but it is actually really nice. The staff was great!!! The room in general was comfy. The breakfast itself was ok. They prepare food as needed, so we needed to ask and wait for more food to come available.
