A very disappointing experience, dirty carpet, sagging mattress. Broken furniture. The only positives i can think off are decent towels and plenty of hot water. Unfortunately that does not redeem it. There have to be better options in ulladilla

Located directly on the beachfront. Our penthouse suites come with private balcony and a self contained kitchenette. There’s a double bed , lounge 2 tv’s. And a big toilet and bathroom. And another room with 2 single beds. It’s across the road from the golf club. I paid more for my penthouse. It’s worth it. Excellent communication from the management. Love it so much that I will be back and stay here again.

Nice & clean with a good shower on 1st floor 2 bedroon unit with a balcony over looking the beach. Family run and staff are accomidating. LOCATION: Walk out the front door across the pedestrial crossing & you're right on the beach. Good open air cafe around the corner with a variety of meals on menu [eat-in or take-away] Golf club across the road (we found the food tastles :-(.

The Beach House Motel is ideally located, just meters away from the Golf Club, Patrolled Beach/ Surf Club and the few shops located in South Mollymook. Our room was a little dated but was clean, bedding was comfortable, workable bathroom and the Staff/Management were friendly and accommodating. Some rooms have great views of the beach. A small plunge pool is handy on a hot day when the Surf is a bit wild.

We booked a premium studio room. It was worse than a jail cell. Filthy - smelt of cigarettes. The door was damaged and rotten. Only one small window. Would have to keep the door shut because other people shared walkway. We did not stay. Absolutely appalling.
