Location is great! Right next to beach and Moonshine bar. 5 minute walk on the nächste and your at Maasai bar.
Downside
Music goes on all night and unable to sleep. Mosquitoes are around and the net didn’t help. Bed was also rock hard. For one night drinking there it’s ok but be cautious of the mosquitoes at night, I got bitten 4 times :(

泳池房一樓的房間很潮濕，衞生間設施陳舊，淋浴頭等都生銹了。游泳池水臟，躺椅有很多烏鴉糞便。每天衹有兩瓶礦泉水，問了前台也不多給。不推薦！

Worst Experience. Stayed for 3 nights. The room was bad. The shower kept dripping all day and night making the room damp. I requested for the front desk team to have this looked into unsuccessfully. The room was also dusty, stained towels. Dirty walls. Food was basic, with no variety. They served barely cooked eggs and the coffee was horrible. The staff were unprofessional, talking to guests carelessly. Would not recommend as they are unresponsive to feedback.

Enjoyed my stay here. Early morning walks at the beach were awesome. Enjoyed the food and getting an all inclusive package os recommended. Local beers all day are a great way to unwind. No need to go out as hotel has a local night club called moonshine. The music is great and if not careful one can dance all night. Rooms are spacious and clean. Views of the beach are spectacular. Nice stay.

Reef hotel is such a professionally operated place right from the security at the gate. Coming to the reception,I was warmly welcomed by Rita , the receptionist then handed over to the guest relations manager by the name Isabella.who took her time to make my stay comfortable by showing me around the hotel I honestly felt at home I was looking for a place where I could relax and feel comfortable which Reef hotel provided. At Reef hotel,the staff is just wonderful. Talk of service with a smile 😊,everyone worked with a smile which made my stay feel like a small haven. The food is prepared by chefs whose knowledge of different cuisine is just amazing. How sumptuous. Oh, not to mention the desserts 🎂. Hats off for the kitchen department. The swimming pool is one of a kind,oh not just one pool but 3 huge and well guarded pools The baby pool is great with enough life guards so if you have children,you are assured of their safety . The gardens are just out of this world Different trees,flowers ,grass,creepers, bamboos which gives the place a cool atmosphere in a normally hot weather. Clean beach with white sand which makes walking and swimming just fun and enjoyable. I love Reef hotel and promise myself a come back.

Beautiful experience I'll definitely be back I had a beautiful beach view from my room...I loved it The staff are super friendly The cost was also favourable. Loved it Location is good !The ladies at the reception were good Fiona I can remember her

After a terrible night at a catfish hotel I booked online, Viu Travel booked me a hotel at The Reef Mombasa. The sea facing room was just beyond words. Loved everything about the hotel, the staff was amazing, rooms cleaned to perfection. Enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler. Would highly recommend.

The Hotel is generally good. They have a traditional set up with the roofing meaning you get to feel the breeze in the heat of Mombasa. The food is okay but I especially enjoyed their special fish and their desserts (amazing!) The swimming pools are great and their life guards are amazing! I especially would like to appreciate Alfredo, one of the life guards for his exceptional services! The reception people were also kind and always smiling, Special mentions to Rita, William , Asha and Hakeem!
