Sure they were cool ,the rooms were so comfortable,the experience at the restaurant was amazing just an opinion if you can incorporate baby's food it can be of a wooow factor

Amazing location, great food, excellent staff. The all inclusive package is unbelievable, includes snacks throughout the day. Nightly shows. They have a crew that engages with guests with activities including board games, you would not feel lonely at all.

Place is really good but…. this is the first hotel in my life from many who cancel all inclusive after check out. Weak. Beside this plus for clean rooms, nice service, great food and beautiful views.

Nice swimming pool perfect for kids . All the staff is very helpful. The rooms are clean and big. The kitchen is good and enough various. There is a good store in the hotel , and many persons selling staffs on the beach. It will be a pleasure to come back :)

Terrible, not 4* stars for sure. Me and husband stayed there for one week 2024 Jan 20 - 27. Room was totally dirty with never cleaned windows. You can check it from photos that I attached. Food variety at restaurant was poor, but that wasn’t the main problem. We had all inclusive and yes, we could get potatoes, rice, ugali, some vegs. As much as you need. But not meet or fish. In salad bar plates, there was always only sauce left and never re-filled. And in grill they “offered” one sort of meet and 1 sort of fish. The grill was always empty, only cook awaiting and “ready” to serve. After kind asking for meat, the cook always started to grill 2 small pieces and what an angry face he (or she) made when asked to add!!!! That’s how this hotel rations meat or fish. One day instead of hakuna matata one of the staff in restaurant told me hakuna matiti. Be sure - this is not greeting and that was made to insult and to laugh from silly “dear guest” who was just asking for slice of meat. Territory is nice, ocean views good. But don’t go there!

The reception area guests were really great but that is about where the good stuff ended. The restaurant was just a complete nightmare. Majority of the staff were only interested in the caucasian guests. We were never led to a table. Food ran out and would take ages to be refilled and the chefs were just borderline rude. Food options were a bit wanting, very minimal sea food for a hotel in Mombasa. The juice seemed always watered down and the all inclusive options are wanting. The snack chefs, especially the lady was the rudest and most unhelpful human being in Bamburi. The rooms are okay with not much of a view but pretty decent. Sucks though there is not much to watch on TV and the USB and HDMI ports have been deactivated. The cleaning crew however were a breath of fresh air. Kudos John for making us smile every single day. Access to the beach was excellent and well manned.

It is a small beautiful hotel. By all sta,ndards the hotel is a nice get away to take some rest and spend time with family. It is not crowded and is very calm with a very clean beach. The dtaff are polite and helpful. Have only one swimming pool which makes it limiting. Did not seem to have a smooking zone or guests were allowed to smoke anywhere which was not pleasant. The food is nice. No much variety but good enough. There were kids activities and music was played through the day. I would still come back. It is worth the cash.

We had been booked in for a conference but we ended up not getting a conference hall despite confirmations (fully paid) and had to look for alternatives. We had very senior investors who were to attend.

Had the best stay.The hotel staff couldn't have made it any better.The professionalism,hospitality,kindness etc made my stay at the hotel worthwhile.The food was amazing and and the rooms too.Will definitely be coming back inshallah.
