Wifi working only in reception Rooms not cleaned during 3 nights Many things missing and we got them only after claim like drap, "windows blinds".. Ants in some rooms. To have food in restaurant this was the worst thing: you have to queue for long period and wait plate washing, bring food every few minute... You will not be able to have all food and fruit Pool ans see was acceptable.

Hard to write a review, the staff tried their hardest to make our stay pleasant. 10/10 for their efforts. We were greeted with drinks at reception on arrival after swapping hotels to this one. The first night I woke up with ants crawling all over me. The next morning housekeeping sprayed something to kill them. The food is basic but we asked them to cook chips and nuggets for the kids and they happily made it each day. They supplied yoghurts and butter when asked. The hotel is run down and in need of a lot of work but this was a cheap holiday so we got what we paid for. The pool was great for the first couple of days until it turned green and smelt like swamp water. They quickly added chlorine and we were able to swim in the pool after 5 hours. But this caused one of the kids to have an ear infection. On the last day we started to become quite ill, after getting home we contacted the doctors after thinking it was food poisoning, but we’re told we have ecoli and are waiting for confirmation on which strain it is. This could be a lovely hotel with some work done to it.

First three days we were in the wrong hotel then we finally got to the right hotel . The food is simple and ok . It's the same foods day in day out . Tunisian foods only . So if you love your chips etc , then this place is for you . You have to pay for bottled water as you can't drink out of the tap . The staff are friendly and helpful . The beach is nice but if you want water sports they're further down the beach in other hotel areas . The beach men are lovely and helpful who look after this beach hotel . This beach area doesn't get cleaned everyday . Rubbish scattered everywhere and dangerous . Health and safety is not a priority . You also get pestered by sellers and when you say " No " , they don't like and they keep trying . The rooms are basic , no kettles . There is a flat screen tv and you have to ask for a control . There is two inside shops . Very useful . The cleaners are lovely and clean ever day . Entertainment is a joke ! Same rubbish music day in day out . They don't listen to you when you ask for varied music for all cultures . The swimming is great . Large pool , infinity pool , two toddlers pools . Cleaned everyday . Two water slides as well . There is a local guide and asks if you want to go on excursions . I believe they are very good according to my 28 year old son .

After being sent to Palmyra Golden Beach because Palmyra Resort and Spa hadn't opened for the season yet, we were nervous. We didn't need to be. The staff made this holiday, from the fantastic reception team where nothing was too much trouble, the bar staff, particularly Bussy, the waiters in the restaurant and we can't leave out the brilliant animation team of Walid, Enzo and Nammy who did a fantastic job in ensuring we did different activities, kept us entertained and made us feel so welcome. The beach is beautiful and the sea is so shallow, warm and is just perfect. Yes, the hotel needs some tlc, but they've not had tourists for three years bringing in revenue due to Covid, so I didn't expect perfect. What I didn't expect is such a great team. So a massive thank you to all the people who made us welcome, you made our holiday.

The best holiday people can't do enough for you so friendly I was ment to stay for 4 days but stayed 2 weeks the food is excellent room OK because you only sleep there right on beach which is beautiful monistir so lovely but need good bargaining tools xx animation so good had everyone dancing and lots of games from day to evening and very good value for money definitely will be coming back 5/5 for this lovely time 😍
