During our five-day stay at a captivating hotel in Turin, we encountered both positive and negative aspects. Regrettably, the most concerning issue was the lack of room cleaning on the last two days. This oversight left us disappointed, as we expected consistent housekeeping services for a comfortable stay. On a brighter note, the hotel's interior space was fascinating, thoughtfully arranged with unique decor, creating an inviting ambiance. The refreshing saltwater pool added to the experience, perfect for unwinding after exploring Turin's attractions. Our room was picturesque and beautiful, providing sufficient space for our family of four. The hotel's location, within a 20-minute drive from Turin's center, was convenient for sightseeing. However, there were some hiccups. Upon arrival, a minor check-in misunderstanding caused a delay, and on the second day, a pool party prevented us from enjoying the pool. The comfort of beds and sofas was subpar, impacting our sleep and relaxation. Moreover, the hotel's neighborhood, while not unsafe, had a visually neglected appearance with graffiti tags, which might not appeal to all guests. In conclusion, while the hotel's charm and positive aspects were enjoyable, the lack of room cleaning was disappointing. We recommend this hotel to those seeking a unique stay in Turin but hope the management addresses the housekeeping issue to improve guest experiences.

We had a pleasant stay at Le Serre Suites & Apar**ents. We were two families of four (2+2) and we stayed there six nights. Apar**ents were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Kids loved the pool but maybe there could be a playground or trampoline etc. The environment is peaceful and idyllic.

I used the BBQ pit. It is a highlight for me as it is not so common in Italy. The place is close to the city but has a country feel. Very quiet. I was able to have a great rest over the weekend.

Beautiful Italian villa, spacious accommodation with everything we needed, garden filled with honeysuckle and roses. So close to Turin but we really felt like we experienced the Piedmont countryside.

Lovely place in the outskirts of Moncalieri. Great pool area in a closed garden. Apar**ent functional but would have been better with a small private balcony for each apar**ent or at least a table and chairs outdoors. We had to bring the table from inside in order to eat outside.

Most comfy little gem! Very nice host, great value for your money, chill a**osphere. We’ve been here several times and will be back 😁 There’s a bit of a walk to restaurants and shopping but the view and the friendly staff is worth it. We are here with two boys, age 8 and 13, and they love it too, can go to the pool late and there’s space for them to go exploring

We booked the villa appar**ent at La Serre with 5 persons. When we arrived the host acted normal and showed us a normal appar**ent for 4 persons with an extra bed and pretended this was the stay we booked. The price of the villa is twice the price of the appar**ent. We pointed out to him that we did not book this stay and then he told us the villa was unavailable due to maitenance reasons. He did not tell us we would receive money back and we had to point this out to him as well. Then he disappeared, while we did not want to stay at this place and one of his colleagues told us he went to the dentist. The host of this place in unfriendly and has no intention to give a pleasant stay. Furthermore, the swimming pool does not look like the pictures and is dirty.

I enjoyed the BBQ. The pool was refreshing. Supermarket a 4 minute drive. No freezer in the fridge so needed to buy ice.

Very cute place with spacy apar**ents and small swimming pool. Note that furniture and everything in the rooms is pretty old
