Es un hotel muy bien ubicado al costado de una de las avenidas más importantes de Monclova, eso facilita mucho las cosas. Personal amable y cuarto muy limpio, tal vez sugeriría una remodelacion en las habitaciones.

They never gave me the room because the reservation didn't appear in their system and I lost my money

Restroom, had a terrible smell. The smell was almost unbearable. You will have to shower really really fast. The window A/C unit was extremely old and noisy not very welcoming.

It was HOT the AC was not working on the lobby or the restaurant so uncomfortable. The service did what they could but horrible to be working under those circumstances.

Property has deteriorated. Long time customer. Hot water in shower took for ever!! Sink water flow and pressure awful and would not get hot, very difficult to shave. Safe did not work, furniture drawers would stick. Some lighting g did not work. We have stayed here for several years and property gets worse each time. Last stay for us! The only benefit now is it’s a convenient location but we are finding another location on our next visit.

The property was clean and the staff was helpful and polite.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bar was lonely and looked boring, so I went out for drinks. But it’s not a resort, so I couldn’t expect more. Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price and I would stay there again.

We usually stay in this hotel every time we visit Monclova but these time the lobby was so hot no ac running in area the hotel doesn’t have a elevator ,front , restrooms towels are old ,
and very limited with toiletries products.
