I have made a reservation and unfortunaly i been in a severe car accident the day before. I contact them to talk about that situation and they message me to say that everything was alright ! And i need to contact ******* too ! Thing that i sure did ! After that, ******* have try to reach the hotel and by the end give me a msg to tell me i still need to pay my 200$ like how can you not understand a situation like this !!! I was so mad .. after that around near 11h00 pm receive a msg that they decide not to charges me ! So i spend all my days at the hospital with stress and pain plus the stress they causes to me by trying to figure out how i will replace that money loss ! Anyway so disapointed ....

Forgot my pillow which I always carry with me on account of neck problems. After phoning hotel once, they hadn't seen it. Phoned again a second time; still hadn't come across my pillow. I suggested they check the room I had stayed in. Guess what? My pillow was on the bed. Hotel won't ship it to me despite my willingness to pay for shipping. I travel to Moncton every week for 8 months out the year. So while I will definitely stay there next time so as to pick up my pillow, do you think I'll make a point to stay there again?

Best hotel ive stayed at in a while! Everyone was friendly, bed was comfy. Didnt want our vacation to end. We will def stay here again!

Good breakfast, fairly quiet, close to amenities. Room was a little dated. Overall quite satisfied with the stay.

For the price, cant beat it. I've stayed in crappy motels costing more. This was wonderful.

I have stayed at the Amsterdam Inn before and liked it. The have a continental breakfast which is included with the fee you pay to stay. What didn't I like? Well, I did not like lifting the toilet seat and finding the bottom of the seat still had pee stains on the bottom. The carpets still had lint on them and the desk still had crumbs. This is a great hotel but the housekeeping part seems to be slipping which is not a good thing in my opinion.

This property is within walking distance to ****** NewBrunswick and close to the highway , provides a nice hot breakfast and free parking. Rooms are well maintained and large screen televisions in the rooms as well as Kuering coffee maker and mini fridge.

Stayed 1 night on January 20th. Hotel is a little dated but staff were incredible, especially the front desk and housekeeping. We will stay again!!! Thanks!!!!
