Ottimo hotel a due passi dal centro di Mondovì.Camera superior pulita e spaziosa, con parquet ,dotata di tutti i confort. Buona colazione servita .Hotel dotato di ristorante e serve piatti del territorio.Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.Parcheggio auto, sia in strada negli spazi dell'albergo,che dentro a pagamento. Da ritornarci.

Close to the city center of small Mondovì, safe destination in between Genova and Milano. It boasts a big restaurant, with full menu (lots of food!) at affordable price. Car parking is included in the back of the hotel. Small single rooms, but fit to purpose.

Paid extra for a junior suite, the picture showed a bathtub. On arrival no bathtub, just a minute dingy bathroom with only a tiny shower. Literally a 30cm entry. Couldn’t get the aircon to work (it had to be activated from the front desk?) nor the safe (I gave up asking) which was just dead. No dressing mirror either. Our room was overlooking a very noisy street and the hotel was not in the best part of town. The windows didn’t lock properly and so the street noise seemed even louder. Very old uncomfortable bed, only one spare pillow. Very poor quality (chemical smelling, maybe mothballs?) bed linens. Teeny tiny little soap in the bathroom. No drinking glasses, spare pillows, tissues or kettle. In town there was horrendous loud music from speakers absolutely everywhere so we had to drive elsewhere to eat but when we came back there was no hotel car parking as all the space had been taken by two coaches plus 100 noisy people clomping up and down the corridors. An utterly miserable night in a thoroughly grotty hotel. I’m very upset to have been unwittingly subjected to this.

Clearly the best hotel in the area. Staff is very polite, making you feel comfortable. View from my room on fourth floor is amazing towards the viaduct and the old city. Food cart is small but what I tried was tasty. When I come back to Mondovi will select the same hotel.
