Wild Glamping Gal Oya - Thema Collection

What a beautiful, hospitable, unique place to stay! The nature is gorgeous, the tents are roomy, really well equipped and with very comfortable beds, the food delicious. The pool was also amazing, and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. But what will always stay with me are two things: hikes with the local team, and simply how kind and welcoming everyone was. So a big thank you from me… and hope to come back again!!

Wild glamping gal oya gave up unique experience.we had opportunity to meet indigenous trips and see wild elephants with a luxurious glamping experience. Its a very good place to site various wild animals including wide variety of birds. We highly recommend this hotel

We really loved our stay here! Loved the room (and outdoor bathroom!) The location is beautiful. There’s so much to do here, even if you opt out of the safaris - would highly recommend the Monkey Mountain hike (view is worth the elevation again haha), Veddha walk, exploring their farm, also free yoga!! And of course their staff was so friendly and efficient at resolving any issue that came up.

Amazing place, stayed for 2 nights.. very relaxing and rooms are very cozy and safe, nice swimming pool, enjoyed the farm visit. Very helpful staff and great hospitality. Our Son enjoyed every bit of it. Thank you for the lovely experience.

I had 2 nights here which were a highlight in an adventure tour around Sri Lanka - which is saying as it was an amazing trip! This is one of the rare places where the pictures online don't actually do it justice. The glamping was gorgeous, so many lovely touches in the room - it's definitely glamorous camping. The scenery is stunning - words or photos can't really describe. I highly recommend going for a guided hike and boat safari - we had the privilege to be welcomed onto the land and into their way of life by the indigenous people and saw sooo much wildlife. The food was excellent and was the best coffee I had in Sri Lanka. What made this a highlight above all was the people. This place has so much heart; all of the staff clearly care about what they do and about the local community and environment they live in. This is a very special part of the country and Wild Glamping Gal Oya seems to appreciate and add to that. Thank you to all of the friendly staff: the chef, wait staff, gardeners, awesome manager, tour guides, Vedda people and shout out to Mr. Vishud for being an expert guide.

We had such an amazing experience. We loved every minute of it. The hospitality shown to us was incredible. The trek to Monkey Mountain and the Vadda walk was definitely a highlight of our trip. The Nilgala Makara Jeep Safari and the Boat Safari at Senanayake Samudraya is also a must! Thank you for everything and making our Anniversary/My Birthday trip so memorable ❤️

Nous avons séjourné au Glamping gal oya et avons adoré. L’endroit est magique, de toute beauté. Les gens sont aux petits soins pour nous. Pleins d’activité sont proposés pour apprendre à connaître la nature qui nous entoure. Tout est très propre, la nourriture est délicieuse. Ils essayent au maximum d’être auto-suffisant. C’est tellement un endroit magique et plein de charme. La piscine est très appréciable, ainsi que la climatisation dans les tentes pour s’échapper de la chaleur. Merci pour tout!

Un endroit plus que superbe respectueux de l’environnement, dans une idée d’auto suffisance. Une piscine une splendide, un lieu magique… Des hôtes fabuleux, qui nous ont permis de découvrir leur ferme locale dans laquelle ils sauvent des animaux et font pousser des végétaux pour la cuisine de l’hôtel Le restaurant est excellent, très varié, sain et très frais. Nous avons pu de même réaliser une balade accompagnées d’un chef indigène qui nous a expliqué plusieurs chose dans la forêt, ce fut une expérience extraordinaire. Encore merci pour ce séjour au sain de votre lodge.
