Great stay, great staff and a great room, rooms are spacious and modern and very clean. Breakfast was nice too. The car park was tidy and no rubbish lying around. It's a shame the restaurant next door doesn't do the same. Wifi not too great though but the woman on the desk said they are waiting on the upgrade.

Stayed on 22 nd of November and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. Absolutely top notch I believe the hotel has recently been refurbished and it certainly looks it. Bed was perfect as was the bathroom.spotless clean and fresh. The staff were very helpful and friendly.breakfast was in the brewers fare restaurant and was excellent. The staff member on duty was very helpful and the food was topped up regularly. All in a great experience staying in the hotel

We are here presently, the room is perfect,spacious , very comfortable. Great having a walk in shower rather than a bath Always enjoyed our monthly stays here, but even better now, would highly recommendPlenty tea and coffee suplies, and good being near the m&s shop for sandwiches etc.Will be good when brewers fayre opens again.

Stay there regularly for business and always a pleasure to be there...Karen on the reception is always very friendly and helpful ,and the recently refitted rooms are top class. Meals in the pub next door are good,and the breakfast can't be beaten.

The new rooms are wonderful. Staff were very helpful. There is still ongoing works on the ground floor rooms but this did not affect my stay. The ongoing works once complete will upgrade the WiFi which can be a bit patchy but nothing to disrupt my stay. Overall a great stay and will be more than happy to return to this premier inn. Wonderful rooms and great staff!

We stay here regularly and now for the first time the new rooms. What a transformation. Still work going on here but once finished the whole place will look amazing. Staff that we encountered were all wonderful. The attached restaurant is a different story, very dated and dirty with staff that dont care, we leaned a while ago to nip into Prestwick for dinner.

Refurbished hotel, nice and modern and very clean. Have stayed here before and was very dated and needed refreshing which it now has. Great location for getting to nearby airport and trainstations. Will definitely be back now that the hotel has been modernised

The new rooms are absolutely beautiful a big change from what the rooms used to be like. The staff seem happy with the changes. They were also very friendly and helpful with helping us book a taxi. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to stay now.

This place is an absolute dump. Everything is filthy and untidy. The rooms needed a revamp 30 years ago, everything is run down. The restaurant next door is a complete wreck too, the food is horrific and the staff are hopeless. Avoid this dive of a hotel at all costs
