B&B Casa Cimino - Monopoli - Puglia

This incredible well appointed rustic B&B is a gem tucked away in the old town of Monopoli and ideally placed to explore the town and the area. Scrupulously cleaned daily, we had everything we needed, including a locally sourced breakfast every morning, delicious coffee and a very welcoming host. Flexibility to use the breakfast room facilities during the day, with access to the fridge was also very welcomed to chill the local wine/cheese and an honesty box ideal if wished. On hand with suggestions of places to visit and maps to guide you there our host, Masimmo was so kind and helpful to us. It's panoramic roof terrace is like finding a secret place where you can relax with stunning views over Monopoli. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this lovely property.

Lovingly restored old townhouse in the centro storico. Beautifully cool due to the tufa walls. Spotless bedroom and bathroom - I would recommend second floor, especially in summer. Great breakfast, friendly staff. Lovely roof terrace. I would very happily stay again.

This accommodation was absolutely beautiful. Right in the heart of Monopoli, which is an absolutely stunning city, with lovely locals. The rooms were exceptionally clean when we arrived and were made up and cleaned every day, even our clothes were folded for us. There was attention to detail in every facet of this B&B, the beds were comfortable, the room was large as was the bathroom, the shower amenities (soap, shower shampoo, shower caps, hygienic wash, cups) were replaced every day. There was a beautiful terrace on the roof which was a perfect place for drinks or a morning coffee. The breakfast included was lovely and was a typical sweet Italian breakfast. The host made whatever coffee you preferred to perfection. There were home made cakes, biscuits, fruit, yoghurt, juice, pastries, focaccia, bread with a wide selection of condiments. It was all delicious. We were also able to use the breakfast area to eat food we had purchased on the run, which was nice to be able to do so. The host, Massimo, made this B&B even more wonderful. Every morning we would have a chat with Massimo and he made us feel so welcome. He was polite, extremely helpful and obliging. He gave us suggestions for our daily itineraries, including different cities to visit and how long to spend in different places. Massimo’s restaurant suggestions were spot on and he even told us where we could find a cheap and reliable mechanic to fix our car tyre. The location was perfect and walking distance from all the major sights in monopoly. The only thing to consider before staying in this accommodation is the stairs, as there is no lift (which is to be expected in properties in the old town of cities in Italy). Our room was on the 4th floor and it kept us fit whilst staying here!

Very beautiful house, perfectly situated close to a lot of restaurants and bars, clean and warm rooms, friendly host. Paid parking was 3 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again, when visiting Monopoli.

Great place with a soul. Perfect location, Italian atmosphere at your fingertips. Cozy, clean and well-equipped room. Comfortable bathroom with everything necessary. A terrace with a stunning view is available to all guests. Kind and helpfull hosts took care of a nice homely atmosphere. Delicious breakfasts and coffee.

Stayed here recently for nearly a week in this lovely, atmospheric B&B and cannot recommend it highly enough. Located in the old town and decorated in a traditional style, it was a delight to stay here. Everything worked and it was extremely clean and well presented. Massimo and Mirko prepared our breakfast, the highlight of which was excellent croissants, pastries and coffee and they did so much to make our stay comfortable. They are the best! You need to be reasonably fit to stay here as there are a lot of steps. If you climb to the top of the building you will find a charming roof terrace with lovely views. In Monopoli you have it all - a fascinating town with so much history, sun, beaches, lovely people, delicious and affordable food - and the B&B Casa Cimino is a great place to stay when you are there.

It was all in order. The room was pleasant, not very large which is to be expected. check-in and service, in general, were very good. would definitely recommend it. very good location very central yet quiet

Tutto veramente splendido. A colazione abbiamo avuto tanti consigli su luoghi da visitare e colazione abbondante. La camera pulita tutti i giorni e terrazza panoramica disponibile (per tutti gli ospiti) 24h su 24h. Grazie ci ritorneremo sicuramente. PS: Essendo in un centro storico ovviamente qualche difficoltà per parcheggiare ma che vuoi ? Se si prenota in un qualsiasi centro storico non ci si può aspettare di meglio in merito.
