Per alcuni aspetti la struttura è un po datata, però pulita. Colazione continentale...buona. Qualità prezzo ottima

This hotel is old & very grubby. The rooms have not been maintained in any way. I can't believe the reviews here as that was why I stayed. See photos attached for yourself. I left ASAP. There is no soundproofing. The hotel hasn't received any maintenance since 1950s do not go there. It is nothing like pictures on website

Just a clean top tier hotel. Great staff and great food. Lovely restaurants and bar. Maid seri e was outstanding!

Very nice hotel, central to restaurants, shopping and activities. Outstanding service. The hotel restaurant was 5*. Montecatini Terme is beautiful. And this hotel was an excellent value.

This gem is over 100 years old, built in the heyday of the spa town. A highlight is the dining room, with a ceiling perhaps 3-storeys high, The included breakfast consisted of hot dishes and an excellent choice of fruit and pastry.The downtown location is close to shopping and the train station. Our room was not particularly large by today's standards, but was comfortable, well furnished and everything worked. We were very pleased with this hotel.

Beautiful place! Everything is perfectly clean. When you're entering the lobby, a amazing perfume comes you're way. Just lovely!

Very central in the Montecatini Terme area (also 400 meters from the train station). Extremely helpful staff from the breakfast buffet team to the bar area (and everyone in between) with a high quality restaurant on-site.

Hotel was very nice. It was a traditional hotel but had most things we needed. We were on a group tour. The hotel is in a great location. You can walk to shops and restaurants. You can also walk to the funicular.

Lovely centrally located hotel in Montecatini, great for a touring base for Tuscany: Lucca, Pisa, and Florence easily reached by road or rail. The staff were friendly and the service in restaurant was fantastic, the staff lovely and super efficient. We stayed half board and exceptional value for money. The food was amazing and had a good choice and varied from a set menu. Breakfast was traditional as expected although limited cooked choices but maybe as us British like a good cooked breakfast. Would have given 5 stars but our room was just a little tired but everything was clean, the bathroom and shower good. Would definitely stay again if visiting again.
