servizio impeccabile, mi coccolano facendomi trovare sul tavolo , al mattino, sempre pane e dolcetti senza Glutine. La cucina è favolosa. Camere pulite e spa molto carina... mi sono regalata più volte il massaggio greco romano (mi pare si chiami così).. e sono uscita rigenerata.. Sicuramente lo consiglio a tutti!!!

Hotel e simples mas muito limpo e aconchegante, a localização é próxima da estação de trem e do centro da cidade, comida típica italiana , bicicleta para hóspedes e o ponto alto da acomodação são o staff, que nos tratam como uma grande família! A cidade bucólica com deliciosos restaurante, volto mais vezes!

This is the filthiest place I have ever stayed in my life. When I complained about our room the hostess was screaming in my face that this was her home how dare I say it was dirty. This was a Caledonian coach trip. The food was disgusting 14 people walked out of the restaurant on one occasion see pic. Powdered mas shoe lesther beef and frozen spinach that was all cold. Our evening meal after an excursion cold rice pasty and an apple? On the first morning for breakfast when we went to restaurant tgey said good morniing how are you as soon as we spoke they said uugh English through there. To an offside room. The pictures on the website are not the hotel we stayed in.

Well what can we say!! We have had the most amazing experience at the Arnolfo hotel, mainly due to the warm and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble for Riccardo and his team, they went above & beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable and fun. The hotel is ideally located to explore Tuscany. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. We would definitely love to return!! An extra special Thankyou to Riccardo for being so ‘lovely’ and knowledgeable. Grazie mille!!

Stayed at Hotel Arnolfo in September 2023. The hotel is great, lovely rooms very clean and central. Special mention to all the staff from the owners, management to the staff on the floor. I'd especially like to mention Ricardo, after a medical emergency, Ricardo went above and beyond for my husband and I. All the staff were so kind, I honestly can't praise them enough. Would highly recommend Hotel Arnolfo to anyone staying in Montecatini.

Just returned from a three night trip, this hotel was amazing and what we wanted, it’s in the centre not far from the cable car and close to the train station we visited Luca and Florence during our stay, the staff are what make this hotel so very friendly and helpful nothing is too much trouble. Ricardo took time each day to advise on times of trains restaurant choices and guided us on what todo with our short stay. Gabriele was amazing too very helpful and arranged our shuttle transfer prior our arrival, the room attendant was also lovely and attended the room always leaving lots of clean towels and the room very clean this hotel made our stay, thank you Ricardo for all your help and We would definitely return

I had a single room which was small, clean with a single bed. There was a fridge and TV. No kettle so take your own if you like a cuppa. Continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Shops are not far away and you can get a funicular to Montecatini Alto which is lovely. Enjoyed plenty of ice cream.

Fantastic family run hotel. Very convenient location for the town centre and train station. Friendly hotel manager who speaks English. Shame the breakfast buffet is still served rather self serve but everything else is fantastic.
