Service was great but that was it. The room was not very clean when we got there. Paint peeled off of the walls while we were there. Dogs barked in front of our room all night every night. Had there been another option in the area we would have checked out gotten a refund and went to a different resort. The food was terrible.

Everything here was amazing, but what stands out the most is the staff, from the folks at the front desk to the waiting staff and entertainment team, everyone is cheerful, friendly & goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure that you are having a good time.

Second time in Jamaica and loved this property. Close proximity to the Airport and amazing views with more private beaches. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful! They gave great recommendations on places to see, eat, and shop. They kept all common areas cleaned frequently and rooms were well maintained.

I have visited JA countless times and I totally appreciate that this property has the R&R experience from the silent headphone parties to 24 hour room service. The room was beautiful and delivered the palace atmosphere. Had a small problem with the tv and a tech came right away to fix it. Also another small fix is when the DND sign is on the door the housekeepers need to respect it and wait to be announced to enter. Overall my experience was awesome and i would definitely recommend this property to others. 5*

I enjoyed staying at Riu Palace. My favorite part about it was my room & views of the ocean. I also liked that it was in the middle of the other two hotels that Rui has. Easy to walk property & there was plenty of entertainment at all 3 hotels. I would deff recommend this place to others, i enjoyed my stay for sure! :)

I had a very nice stay at the Riu Palace. The resort was very well kept. Staff very accommodating and nice. I enjoyed the buffet more than the restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

The friendly staff, delicious food, drinks. The weather, the activities, the fellow guests. We had a wonderful time and would come back!

Property was nice and clean but we had to switch rooms 2 different times. First room smelled like paint, we then were moved to another ocean view room but the A/C didn’t work so we moved again to another room. I think this property could use some updates and some fix some maintenance issues
