Front Desk was pleasant and made up feel so welcome. The rooms were extremely clean and breakfast was way more than what I expected. Will definitely stay again..

Hotel has great view that's about it. Alot of staff are very rude even the bartender lady. Pay cash for your $100 hold don't put it on your card if you're planning to use some of that money for your trip. Horrible experience!!! Don't stay here!! For price you can find better! Would give 0 stars!

A great view.... but its very loud, and we could not sleep even with earplugs. We paid for extra for the deluxe room with the view. The view was great. But starting Sunday evening, the partying next door is very loud and doesn't stop until 5am.... which ruined the experience especially when we had to then be up at 8am for our flight home. I asked hotel to move us to a different room, or to book us elsewhere, and for a refund, all refused. I understand this is outside the hotel's control, but travelers should be wary of this. The hotel is otherwise in good condition.

I liked that I felt safe, the area was quiet and in safe proximity to a function that I was attending. Staff were very professional. Rooms were clean and breakfast selection good. I would have preferred a coffee maker in the room instead of a kettle. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The view and the setting makes this property unique. I didn't like that the beach access was so far away.

Very close to Montego Bay airport. Great breakfast included, stew chicken was delicious. Clean, spacious room. Courteous staff. Nice views off the rooftop. Good for our short stay before leaving Jamaica.

The staff was so nice and I was early so there were very few guests sat that time and yet they gave me a room right next to the kitchen with banging pots and loud chatter. I was going to give a poor review but when I asked for a better location they couldn’t have been nicer and gave me a nice room. The restaurant staff was exceptionally nice with genuine smiles and good service
I just don’t think they should use that room except for hearing impaired guests

Our tour bus was running late due to traffic. I called the hotel, who called their shuttle driver. We made the connection at the airport. We ate lunch in their restaurant while they finished room prep. Then sat out by the pool after lunch. Lots of traffic noise. Ate dinner at their restaurant. Really tasty, good service. Comfy bed. Woke up. Traffic noise. Big room. Spare furnishings. Huge patio outside all third floor bedroom windows. Disconcerting. But friendly, helpful staff were great, thick walls and thick curtains blocked much of the noise. Great for our 1-night stay.
