What an outstanding experience…this hotel with its restaurants, spa, swimming pools cannot be missed if you are in the surroundings of Padua. We were delighted not only by its very professional and friendly management and staff, but of course by the unbelievable food and services. Very highly recommended 🔝👏

Absolutely great location, view, customer service. I love the pools, saunas. Very clean facilities. You will enjoy the spa. We had only one day pass spa. They provide us towels and robes. They have lockers to use ( everything includes in day pass) Full enjoy 😊 Next time we will try to book with hotel .

The pool is wonderful. The room was clean but overall better suited for a 3 star property. The air conditioning was not working as we learned that the hotel had not activated the central air system for the season. It was a very warm day and this is just unacceptable for a 5 star property. Overall, not worth the price.

Frontdesk guy was in hurry, inattentive makes wrong info about us and no info or introduction on hotel just done paperwork and hoping us room and ciao! After view hours I claim it by frontdesk manager and his assistant the madam done all needful and beyond to satisfied us we thank for it. Lobby is unique and indoor spa very nice! Good service but lack of English makes order and questions not easy but workable. Dinner was OK for the price we expected better service and quality. Breakfast quality is good but some food were not filled and service was not attentive we ordered all by call and repeat it. The madam bar keeper was fantastic and thanks for all the good late night tea! Lobby is good place for a late drink with good music to read in silence! Relaxing time and for one day or few a good spa hotel to relax.

L hotel fantastico una sorpresa noi abituati ad andare in altre strutture 5 stelle in zona Abano • Montegrotto possiamo confermare che la struttura merita quanto le altre ...non torneremo più purtroppo perché non esiste che in un 5 stelle lasciata la stanza L hotel ti imponga di non poter accedere almeno fino all ora di pranzo nella zona piscine senza pagare perché la struttura lascia accesso anche agli esterni che non soggiornano in struttura .Mio marito è categorico e purtroppo sarà difficile ripetere questa esperienza ...un vero peccato perché per tutto il resto avrei dato un 9,5 .

Da anni periodicamente frequentiamo gli hotel della zona , questa nuova esperienza in una nuova location per noi è stata nel complesso soddisfacente. Boutique hotel nella sostanza , sia come location sia come qualità dei servizi in un ambiente ordinato e tranquillo . Alcuni collaboratori in particolare si sono dimostrati attenti alle nostre esigenze , il booking iniziale con Federico , la ristorazione con il maitre Simone , la cura della camera assegnata con Nives , il servizio piscina con Giacomo ,spesso la qualità percepita dagli ospiti , passa attraverso la professionalità delle persone e questo lo abbiamo percepito al Relilax . Qualche lieve ritocco nella manutenzione dei getti idro delle piscine interne e esterne sarebbe utile , come fornire le docce esterne di acqua calda , inoltre qualche pietanza in più nell’offerta del ristorante nella carta dedicata agli ospiti in half board , sarebbe utile per fornire una scelta più confortevole , non ripetitiva. Sicuramente sarà preso in considerazione nelle nostre prossime scelte il Relilax , anche la nostra cagnolina e’rimasta serena e tranquilla nella struttura, quindi anche per chi soggiorna con il proprio “quattro zampe “ al seguito la location si conferma idonea .

Luogo incantevole! Sciccoso! Di classe! Curato nei dettagli e con personale sempre disponibile e gentile! Si mangia veramente bene e le serate con musica dal vivo ti fanno cullare, rilassare e divertire! Uno dei migliori in assoluto ad Abano e Montegrotto!

Hotel meraviglioso immerso nel verde dei colli euganei. Piscine e spa veramente belle. Servizio eccellente, personale gentilissimo e cibo al top. Camere ampie e pulitissime. Vacanza indimenticabile che consigliamo vivamente a tutti.
