We loved everything about this property. It’s location. It’s beauty. It’s cleanliness staff the breakfast that the hostess puts out in the morning that she bakes daily herself. The town of Monte Luciano is charming. This property is such a gym. We can’t wait to go back to Monte Luciano and stay two weeks instead of two days. We stayed in room five which had the most amazing view however, when we go back, we will go out of our way to rent. The Suite number 33.

I almost hate to share just how wonderful this hotel is .Excellent location just off the square. Upon arrival, we greeted warmly by the receptionist who offered suggestions for dinner and made reservations for us. When she showed us to our room, my jaw dropped. The balcony had a breathtaking view of the town as well as hillsides, olive groves, and other distance hill towns. I could have spent the next 3 days on the balcony and never regretted it. The room was huge, immaculate, with a good sized bathroom, and comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was served in a nice cozy spot with an ample selection of baked treats and the best pecorino cheese ever! The entire hotel was stunning with terraces, soaring ceilings, and a lovely little rooftop terrace, great for a bottle of wine near sunset. Almost forgot to mention how quiet it is. We had to leave early to return our car in Florence before catching a flight. The staff graciously came in early to make sure we had breakfast before departing.

AMAZING location in the center of the city!!! SPECTACULAR views of the countryside!!! Comfortable and clean room!! Family owned and operated!! Friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable front desk! Highly recommend staying here if staying in Montepulciano.

We had a wonderful time! Tremendous location in town and everyone who worked there was helpful and friendly. One window opened Tuscany and the other looked onto the rooftops of the old city. Walk the city and stop to drink the local wines while eating a bowl of pasta

My mom and I spent five nights in the suites. The view from our balcony looked like a postcard! The staff was kind and responsive to our needs. The sparkling clean and historic space provided a classic way to experience Tuscany, with a prime location and parking included. Room 32 has an amazing balcony view while Room 31 is a spacious suite with a private outdoor seating area. Its owners show great care and pride in the property. We loved our stay - thank you!

The hotel building and our room had lots of character and historical charm, but at the same time there were modern touches that made everything very comfortable. Room 33 (ours) had a terrific view balcony that we enjoyed each afternoon and evening once it was shaded. I can't imagine a better view of Montepulciano. The location is another huge plus, as you are right at the top of town in the pedestrian area. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful- they made restaurant reservations for us and even arranged a taxi to take us to the train station on Sunday when the buses aren't running. Can't wait to stay here again!
